Motion City Soundtrack is a pop / punk / emo band from Minneapolis who have been making sad things sound happy since 1997. Toronto was the last night of a tour celebrating the 20th anniversary of their debut full-length "I Am The Movie". Fun crowd and really fun show!
You'll definitely wanna watch this one to the end as it gets wonderfully chaotic with Gully Boys' drummer Nadi McGill contributing to the party. With all of the camera movements and audience interaction, the sound quality on my iPhone gets a bit wonky there, so hopefully it ain't too distracting but I thought it was still a beautiful capture of such a celebratory moment. What a great time!
FYI, I always try to take these vids in a way that does not distract the people around me. If I'm in a spot where this is not possible, then I refrain from filming.
