I think the reason behind it is because they don't believe nothing is wrong with the food but instead something else. But as soon as they find out the reason behind the failures (usually food and the state it is kept in), they get awfully defensive and start insulting

The waiter on 06:49 really and I mean REALLY needed to work in a better restaurant, where he could be appraised more for his work which is exceptional, he really should receive more complements and have nicer days, he is so dedicated and professional, sad that I can clearly see him wanting to still be there but at the same time I can see him working at a world-class restaurant recurving a more plesent working space and a better monetary compensation.

Big Macs really aren't that bad for you when you break down the nutrition. The macro nutrient ratios aren't too bad, a bit too much fat, but they also have a decent amount of protein and a very moderate amount of carbs. Good amount of fiber, the only really bad part is the amount of sodium.
Drinking a large sugary soda, on the other hand, is absolutely HORRIBLE for your body. It's 100 grams of pure sugar, the stresses it puts your body through is seriously bad, and over 95% of it instantly turns into body fat, but only after wreaking havoc through your entire system.
What is the point of fat-free-cheese then?

I'm pretty sure they're frozen too. If anything I'll go to the restaurant next to it that sells actual burgers. Although Big Macs are good af to me, I'm pretty sure I gain like 20 pounds everytime I eat one. And that isn't really likely since I usually get something else.
