    I'm so glad I found your channel! As a former cook and chef myself, it is refreshing to find someone who knows food & what they're talking about. Vegas is my new obsession and when we went, back in June, we had some amazing food in Chinatown. I now have a growing list of places to try, and I look forward to learning about more places from your channel 😃

    This place looks terrific! As a native New Yorker whose favorite food is Chinese, I have seen too many good sit-down Chinese restaurants close. So much of the options in New York are overpriced takeout that is hit and miss. I miss restaurants like this. I visit Vegas regularly and need to try this. Thanks for the great video.

    Food does look quite good. But your comment that the fried rice could use some chicken broth is really off base. Typically cantonese fried rice, is flavoured with a little mild light soya sauce, or in some cases, just simply salt. Some restaurants do make it a little bland, while others flavour it deeply.

    • @LetsEatVegas
      @LetsEatVegas  Před 9 měsíci +1

      Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment. I agree with your view. To clarify, I didn't mean to imply that chicken broth was an authentic alternative for a fried rice dish, but that this is what my palate told me would have made their bland fried rice get where I felt it needed to go. Salt or soy would have been equally as effective. Anyway, thanks again and keep watching and offering your insights. We greatly appreciate it, 😁😁

Nothing gross about it, it's just natural unless they're spitting it out or smacking or something... it's pretty much what we all do and I don't mind watching it at all !! Somebody savoring a good bite is actually enjoyment to me, I guess it's all how you look at it😅
