The Story Of Luz The Human ---------------------------------------------------------------- ➤ Original - moringmark.tumblr.com/tagged/... ----------------------------------------------------------------
As Amity cleans the empty reading space, Luz takes a deep breath, dropping her invisibility glyph. "Come on, Ami, stop telling people I'm dead!" "But the story's more dramatic that way!"
(With a gasp, Luz appears from invisibility glyph) Luz: "Honey, you gotta stop telling people I'm gone." Amity: "But the story's more dramatic that way!"
I imagine an epilogue after this scene showing an older Luz (same age as Amity is here) inside the abandoned house, working hard to build a portal door. She pauses for a moment to wipe her forehead and catch her breath, sits down, reaches into her pocket and pulls out the worn Grom photo. She looks at it fondly, and whispers “Don’t worry Amity, I’ll be with you again soon.” She then puts the photo back in her pocket, gets up and returns to work.
A hand reaches out toward the wooden frame of a door. The hand deposits a knob into the empty slot and turns it slightly. The door opens a crack, a bright light shining from the other side. A smile spreads across the round eared individual’s face. Luz: “I’m coming...”
Wow, look at that. Hunter is right there, fighting alongside Luz and the Owl House crew, plus Willow and Gus. He's so popular that every fan writes or draws something of him as an ally, even when he still serves Emperor Belos. It would be so cool if this is how the show ended.
Is King dead in this story? Because he can be used to make the portal, not by killing King but donating some blood, once he gets older and the size of a literal Skyscraper, donating even just a bottle of blood is like one blood drop of a human, not much effect on humans.
Imagine this.... Amity looks at the book and says, "And the stars never faid... memories that replay... rewind yet again to the pain I felt that day... and breaks down to tears before running out of the library. OMFG im going to cry..........
Dana Terrace, please for the love of God..... Don't break our hearts again. I just watched Kings Tide It broke me. I can't handle This actually happening.
wow, i know it's fan fic but this would be a dark and bittersweet ending to a disney series, but if they executed it in a good way, it would be an unforgettable one.
If this happened then every time the Wailing Star Showers happen, Amity would stay late so she could see Luz and interact with her again but there would always still be pain knowing that person coming out of the book isn't real.
Is it possible for something to be heartwarming and heartbreaking at the same time? It's beautiful that Luz got her story memorialized in that book that Amity treasures, but it's sad to not know exactly what happened to her.
This kind of thing reminds me that the wrote of the Owl House has stated that she doesn't like happy endings.... I am not terrific that this is the kind of ending we are in store for 😭
Okay at first I thought she dislikes happy endings too, but no. She doesn't dislike happy endings, Dana dislikes "Happily Ever Afters" Happy endings end happy but the conflict doesn't stop there. Happily Ever Afters is where everything's all joyful and sappy and all of your problems are whisked away to some fairytale land never to be seen and conflicts will basically not exist anymore. But, a bittersweet ending sounds like what Dana would do, considering she likes doing horror art and other stuff.
After the final battle, we all searched for the hero of light. We looked far and near, and in every realm we could think of, but we could never find her. Where Belos's statue once stood, we built a memorial for her, giving many gifts and telling many stories so she would never be forgotten. Together, Eda, King, Willow, Gus, Amity, Camilla, Vee, and I came together to remember her. It's all we could do.
Honestly as much as it hurts to say, I hope Luz gets a chance to say goodbye to everyone, it would be a proper ending. Of course they can always visit now and then but for the finale it should take some time at least.
She stepped into her home. It sat on a hill at the edge of town, while humble in size it stood out amongst the others as exceptionally unique, as thought her life's story was told with every pain of glass or wooden beam. In one of the chairs in the living room sat an old, on armed woman she saw as a mother. Mrs blight nodded and was greeted with a "welcome home." She then sat in silence, a somber look on her face. Until the older woman spoke up. "You read the story again this year, didn't you?" "Ya. I just… it feels like it was yesterday. I still see her you know? That story… it's the only thing I have to keep me from going mad." "It's not healthy you know. It's been ten years" "Ten years for you. Feels like a century." The older lady paused for a moment to think of the next thing to say. When the silence was too great, the older lady stood up and rested a hand on the young woman's shoulder. "Hey kid. If she was here now, seeing you like this… what do you think she would say?" The teacher giggled and at the end it almost turned to tears. "She would tell me she loves me. She would say that even though she's gone I shouldn't put my life on pause. That I need to find happiness without her because your life doesn't move on if you hold onto pain and sadness. Then she would give me a kiss, tell me she loves me, then say goodbye. And then she'd leave, and I would never see her again." By this time she was choking on her words. And then she heard a familiar voice. One she once thought was lost to her. The voice said the words she needed to hear the most at that time. "You're right, I would say all that. Except for the last part, why would I leave you again, sweet potato?"
