This is so cool Dr Asma. Thank you for compiling these for our colleagues who come from abroad.... please make more induction videos like this.
Thank u mam for this video❤ i m soon going to start with my first job and m getting extremely anxious 😢😅
Great and concise video
My practical skills are not that up to date unfortunately and I am not confident doing cannulas, blood sampling, catheters, etc.
Before joining the NHS, can I learn these skills from somewhere else at affordable price? Or,
If I do manage to get a job, during the induction period, can I undertake some training from the trust to polish my skills? Will they allow me to learn or do they expect you to be "ready" on day 1
The purpose is to give everyone heads up. As long as you know your areas of needs you would find a solution to it. Yes, NHS Trust does give you training and time to get competent in procedures. And also if you cannot get fluent, no one can pressurize you, you can try only maximum of 2 or rarely 3 times and have to escalate to seniors.
@@DrAsmaMasood thanks

learn to space out your video in to sections so that people dont waste time listening to the entire thing rather that going straight to what they need like for me i wanted to know how a typical day is like
Would you like her to make breakfast for you as well, mama's sweet girl ??
