Honestly this takes me back to their Let The Ocean Take Me album. Being 17/18 in high school, being so lost in life, not knowing or caring what life was going to be like but having music like this to get you through the days was always so important.

My favourite thing about Amity is that they're an Aussie band. I fell in love with them when I was 16 and have been following them since, their songs got me through so much. Will forever be in my top 3.

I am absolutely frothing this track, I swear I've already played it at least 100 times on Spotify. The other two from the new EP are also amazing but this song just hits different. Easily some of the strongest material they've ever put out! Can't wait to experience it live 🙏

Possibly unpopular opinion, I think Ahren's new vocal sound is a bit shit, either it's the way they've mixed them, or it's just the maturation of his voice as a singer, but I feel like he had more depth and range from Youngbloods to Let the Ocean Take Me.
Now he's just always sorta doing the "whiny" kinda pitch and it clashes a lot with the rest of the music, instead of complimenting it. Which is a shame, because they nailed the heavy aspects on this EP.
