Just think of the hours and hours of someone working alone in the garage to bring those machines to that level. They are preserving our history. Thanks for posting.
I have a lot of respect and admiration for those people who spent endless hours getting the tractors, engines, and equipment up and running! Amazing work. Thanks for taking is along to the show and parade!
+Mustie1 Labor of love! You may not get your money back fixing them up, but it's for the fun, enjoyment and the history. It's awesome knowing that people love this stuff! :)
What a great video. I especially loved the parade(s) from the little guys to the big guys with their little and big toys always mentioned. They were so proud.. I enjoyed it, thanks for posting. It would have been better to be there.
+Blazer02LS. I own a few myself! 1940, and 1938 Oliver Row Crop 70. Just got done restoring my 1938 Oliver. Got a video of my restoration. Those Olivers are some beautiful tractors when restored right! :)
haha! love how the one guy on the garden tractor was tailgating the larger tractor.... its interesting there is tailgating going on even in a tractor parade, lol
that is an old Deere but the good old hand clutch don't see many Cocshut ? around. My son had a Ford 8N in Colorado. and a Deere 60 which replaced the A. I recall an old guy here in Rock Island had a tractor of the same name :)
I swear this would be the same scene in some rural community in every state and providence across North America. The guy with the double wood splitter probably bought that off of a couple that were missing a finger or a hand.
That old Oliver tractor darker green....those killed a lot of people. They were bad about flipping back because of where the rear wheels were mounted and the rear hitch bar was too close to the rear axel
