This type of auto repair can be done cheaper / faster with a scissor jack and cordless impact. Just convert the scissor jack to a hex nut style so it can be powered by the impact wrench. Some jacks already come with the hex nut but adapters are sold for this. A tire inflator can be had for $30, an impact wrench for about $50.

Hello, could you help me? I bought one of these and I would like to use the impact wheel switch connected to a 220v power supply. Could you tell me which model of power supply I can use? Thank you very much

I'm not sure of a power supply that meets those requirements. You would need to look for a 220v to 12v DC power supply that can supply at least 13 amps.

Rather use an m12 fuel 3/8th stub and a hex nut scissor jack

Nothing wrong with the video Rick, can’t fault the video at all. Informative, factual and doesn’t no nonsense.
But why on earth does this exist it seems like one of them products they made just because they can, with no thought of if there is a need, all cars come with jacks and a wheel nut spanner, most come with compressors, that looks heavy and bulky why would anyone carry that in there car with them.
The impact gun, seems vastly underpowered to keep it under the 15 amp threshold, things like this seem to be made to given as presents to the “car nuts” in the family and seem destined to sit on a shelf for ever.

if you see old men or women in an emergency on the road, you'll know why they make such tools

@@hsk1307 if they are strong enough to pick that heavy jack up out of the car manurer to a jacking point then they are strong enough to use the jack that came with the car.

@@wizardorlegend so picking up that electric jack is same as using a scissors jack? when was the last time you used a scissors jack?

Nice video Rick, very helpful. I was wondering about the quality of the impact wrench. Besides a wrangler, I have a small motor home & 3/4 ton truck. Do you think it’s suitable for all three?
