the getting the impression that happiness must be earned section that hit home really describe how I feel smth I could never put into words
I seriously doubt you remember me but I went to high school with you and, I always thought you were one of the cool kids. I joined Butler high school in ninth grade, I was terrified of all of you and what you would say to me since I had been bullied at my last school. It blows my mind to think that you faced similar problems battling a speech impediment. When I met you in 11th grade, I was intimidated by you primarily because of how popular you were but you were kind to me the few times we spoke, and it made a huge impact on me. You were one of the first "cool " kids that was nice to me.
What a beautiful, original, poem with extremely tight rhymes and a storyline
Wow this is amazing. This really spoke to me. I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult at 33 and I have been going on my own journey of finally realizing that I wasn't broken like I thought I was, I just had ADHD and didn't know it. Really really great job at speaking this.
I haven't related to anything as much as I did to this vid. Thank you so much for posting this
Great poem, great message.
