But She now is the one who rules the Venezuela organization along with two other former beauty queens which isn't a good idea since leadership is only one and fighting who will control it. They didn't help 2019 Miss Venezuela leaving her alone and unprepared. 2018 Miss Venezuela was prepared by the old organization but never had help by the new organization getting everything ready with Osmel the old owner of the organization and manager. Miss Venezuela 2013 is nice, and strong but has no compassion. The sweetest is probably Stefany.

Miss Universe 2012 Olivia Culpo shared in her Instagram post that 4 years ago she made a vision board with glue stick and scissor before she became the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 2020 issue. According to her story, she bought a #SportsIllustrated table book and cut out those pictures of the models and glued her face into it. Looking at it everyday, it looks like that she already achieved her dreams.
This is my personal story:
Looking back when I first started practicing the #LawofAttraction through #Visualization which I learned from #TheSecret and #TheMagic books, on January 30th, 2014 after we dined in a restaurant, I saw various trophies displayed on the table placed on one side near the lobby. I asked a friend to take a picture of me where I played as if I was emotional when I won a #BestActor #Award. It was my strong personal conviction that I won't consider myself as an actor unless my performance is being recognized.
One year and eight months later, starting September, 2015 up to September, 2017, I won various acting awards. I was given a state honor, film accolades, and hometown recognition here in the Philippines and abroad in the United States.

You mean to say you just watched Katie Holmes and Josh Lucas' The Secret Dare to Dream when it was released last week? Yes, I was watching it too. The teaching became my lifestyle and mentality for a decade now. I was also scared, but super excited when I dreamt big conquering New York and Los Angeles for my zero budget film from Cebu City but it gives me international honor.

Gabriela Isler, an Osmel Souza's creation, is taking over Miss Venezuela without offering the same support to the contestants and without paying tribute to Osmel Souza's legacy and expertise. Even though nobody is indispensable, Osmel Souza did not deserve the treatment Venevision bestowed over him and it just a matter of time to observe the decadence of Miss Venezuela in the international beauty scenario.

I didn’t think so either. But it’s been several few years since she won MU. And I’m sure her English improved a lot since then and the year of her reign because she has to speak English daily at events.
In one of the interviews with Pia,she said that those who won that cannot speak good english will have an english training by an english tutor.And also she lived in the US for a while after winning and travelled many countries ,and i think that's the reason why her english improved that much.

She already made a statement a few days ago about it on her IG account, it’s in spanish but she’s a class act lady. I think the main problem in the MV is the lack of leadership and some people who are “behind the curtain” fighting to get all the credits after Osmel Sousa fantastic job and legacy.
I cant understand all her staement, becuase i from México and hablo perfectamente español 😊
But, Gabriela appears to be a person who is not, proof of this are the statements of Thalia Olvino and Stefany Gutierrez, both miss universe 2019 and 2018 respectively.
I think Gabriela is not doing her job well as leader of the Miss Universe Venezuela committee.
It is only my opinion.

Jorge Adrian Maya Yo hablo el español. Gabriela no es la lider del comité ejecutivo del miss Venezuela, ella no tiene la última palabra ni la decisión final de lo que se hace o deja de hacer, Isler es la encargada de comunicación y formación como portavoz del MV.
Por otro lado Jaqueline Aguilera es la encargada de imagen y Nina Sicilia es la Gerente General del Miss Venezuela y este es regido por Cisneros Media. Así que la culpa de lo que haya o este pasando con la actual MV Thalia Olvino no es culpa en su completa totalidad de Isler, so hay mucha tela que cortar...
