‘He’s awful’: Royal expert calls out Prince Harry’s hypocrisy

- Royal commentator and biographer Angela Levin has called out Prince Harry for being “such a hypocrite”.
The Duke of Sussex is patron of Travalyst, the company he set up in 2019, which aims to make the travel industry more sustainable and has talked about it despite opting to take a private jet for some of his travels.
“He’s awful, isn’t he?” Ms Levin told Sky News host Paul Murray.
“Now he’s got two grand for it - he has to go only in private planes like he did when he left New York on this Mental Day,” Ms Levin told Sky News Australia.
“I don’t see why the company now should keep him as a patron.
“You can’t have a patron who’s doing absolutely the opposite of what he’s pretending that everybody else should do - it just doesn’t work.”

Please explain how anybody can let Harry preach on mental health when he has complained that he is so damaged by having to walk behind his mother’s coffin. He has counselors and psychiatrists, he has a drinking and drug problem and his wife claimed that she was suicidal when she was pregnant, most women are so thrilled to be able to have a child that they positively glow with joy! I was so thrilled to have a husband who was a good guy, we were saving to buy our first house. I was buying baby clothes, a washer and dryer, furniture, planning what to cook, being all grown up and living my own life. It was great. I was only 19 years old and my new husband was 24 and a college graduate with his degree in Chemical Engineering, I was so proud of him. Sounds to me that they have no business advising anyone on mental health, they are too unstable, probably not safe to have custody of two little children. Just because they claim to be mentally ill doesn’t qualify them to advise anybody else. They both look mean and I really worry that they aren’t safe to be around their children. Both my mother and father during the Great Depression when they both were only 7 years old had their fathers die, their mothers had to try and find jobs to feed their children and put a roof over their heads. Neither mother in the 30’s were working jobs they were homemakers and taking care of their kids. But one of my grandfathers died from tuberculosis and pneumonia and the other one got cut at work and it got infected and it spread through his entire body and he died from blood poisoning is what they called it. Antibiotics didn’t exist yet in 1932. Harry and Meghan have both been pampered and given everything they wanted. They were badly spoiled. I wouldn’t let either one give any speeches about anything. When are the money people going to wake up and realize they are worthless and you have been paying them way too much money for nothing.

They claim although acting jovial they felt an underlying criticism to the Queen which made some of them uncomfortable. There is also the racial slurs he made to a couple of his comrades that can be viewed on google & CZcams. Then Harry was laughing when he grabbed a comrade & asked him if he felt gay after Harry gave him a deep mouth to mouth kiss. The guy was embarrassed as he was not gay. My dad died shy of 101 last spring, mom is 91, they never wasted food, would put stale food out for the birds, they had rain water in a bucket beside the toilet to flush with, they used very little toilet paper, but their biggest contribution was only 1 or 2 plane rides over their life, never drove far, wore the same clothes and had the same towels & sheets for 30 or 40 years. It is unseen people like them who would be in these charities if they were serious!

My parents, particularly my father, never threw anything away or wasted anything. They also made things last for twenty or thirty years and recycled wrapping paper from year to year.

In my personal experience, HR departments never investigate reports of harassment or verbal abuse. They just try to make it go away.
In regards to her alleged suicide, she wanted on record at the Palace, that she was suicidal so that if the bullying claims from palace staff went to court, she could use her mental health as a defence. That's what it was all about. She plans ahead.

I've seen a lot of speculation here that she failed to adequately nourish him during her pregnancy with him and I do not know if that is really a factor but we do know how she treated him differently to her elder son. You can see plenty of footage showing how she indulged him more and had lower expectations for his behaviour vs how strict she could be with William. William was Charles' heir and Harry was all her's.

Good point, Angela. Why didn't she bring up her mental health strugggles with her pregnancy care provider? Surely one of the many screening questionnaires for pregnancy related depression and anxiety administered throughout your pregnancy would have picked up on this or even provided the perfect opportunity for her to seek help. I'm not one of those individuals that are convinced that the children are fake but it is almost as if Meghan was really not actually pregnant herself. Anyone who has been pregnant themselves knows that depression is very common and anticipated by your doctor. They are constantly checking in with you at every appointment and making sure you have access to support.

They only managed to invite seriously damaging doubts, so why do this unless there was something neccessary to hide? I can understand the succession requires the children to be born of the body of Harry's legal wife and surrogacy could delegitimise them as heirs. While there is no shame in it for a regular couple, there is a strong motive for a royal couple to conceal the fact they may have used this type of reproductive assistance in order to protect the children's and their own places in the family. I am not sure why this information would need to be exposed by the royal family at this time though. Keeping their secret is the only loyal thing to do. Revealing the truth now would seem vindictive and will probably blow up in their faces.
