Dog barking nonstop outside [long 7min clip]

All I gotta say is: thanks for keeping the neighbourhood awake, irresponsible owners!
It's nearly 2 in the morning and this dog has been barking like this for the past 45 minutes, keeping my wife and I awake.
Update: Now as of 2:30 in the morning (dog barking for well over an hour straight), police have shown up and entered the apartment building in question. They're taking a long time to find the owner's apartment, though.... Hope the owner gets hit with a seriously hefty fine!

God, very annoying, dont understand why there owners dont tell it to be quiet or do something about it. Very rude.
