  • We FINALLY got a tube bender! And after doing our research, we decided on the Model 600 from Rogue Fabrication! Naturally, we opted for the weld together kit and in this video we take you though the entire assembly from start to finish. This is not a replacement for Rogue Fab's instructions, but a helpful visual aid to get you though the process after buying your own, and to show you just how easy it is to put together yourself.
    If you are looking to invest in a 180°+ tubing bender, there is no better value than the M600. Check it out on their website www.roguefab.com

    **SIDE NOTE**
    We are using a 3.5 CLR die and so the pressure die pin SHOULD have been in the top most hole, not the middle like we had it on camera. This allows the tube you are bending to to be horizontal when starting your bend, not on an angle like you see here. With the stickers installed after paint, you'll probably never make the same mistake!

      @@TyranisCustoms Me too in Ohio its super cold in the 20's lol All I got is a little propane heater in the garage but I got the rear built for the 670! Now just fabing up the rack to fit it in, but I got a few months to go Ohio stays cold lol Hoping to drive it within the next week or two though. I'll let ya know you'll have to check it out I spent several days on the rear end alone lol

      Exactly! This was a big time missing link. The cross kart is gonna give me plenty of practice with it, then after that we're going ground up!

      Once its all together its definitely a buddy lift haha. It feels rock solid though and were gonna find a happy permanent home for it in the shop soon! I'd rather it be heavy duty than feel like its gonna blow over any day haha

    How long did it take to weld all together and paint ? Also if you had to do it again would you just get the pre welded one ?

    • @TyranisCustoms
      @TyranisCustoms  Před 3 lety +2

      I haven't painted it cause I've been needing it a lot and didn't wanna wait for it to dry... But the welding only took me an hour or so and I enjoy it so Im still very satisfied with the kit.
