- Hey guys! Here is the all new and detailed version of my Shrimp Alfredo! So many of you have asked for me to make a video of this with the explanation and here it is! I hope that you guys enjoy this new and improved but STILL DELICIOUS recipe!! As always, thank you soooo much for your support!

FULL LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
- 1Lb Large Shrimp (21/25 CT- Peeled, Deveined, Cleaned, Patted Dry)
- 1Lb Buitoni Fettuccine Pasta
SEASONING MIX FOR THE SHRIMP:
- 1 Tsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Paprika
- Dash of Cayenne Pepper (optional)
- Pinch of Salt
ALFREDO SAUCE:
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Diced Shallot (or any onion of your choice)
- 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1/4 Cup White Wine or Cooking Wine (Optional)
- 2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 1 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese (or more if you prefer)
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Paprika
- Parsley for Garnish
First off, I can count on one hand how many times I’ve commented on videos, but GIRL! This is DELICIOUS! I stumbled upon this video and could not get past all the positive comments, so I had to try it. My family inhaled it! The best part is that my brother who is autistic helped me. When we finished, he was excited to try the “fruit of his labor” and with a big smile, he declared it a banger. To see how proud he was made this much more than a delicious recipe for me, and I thank you for that!

Extra tip for more shrimp flavour. Take the shrimp shell and boil it down in water until it is reduced to half. Drain and use that shrimp water and add it while you are adding the wine. It will give you a more intense shrimp flavour. This technique can be used for shrimp scampi as well.
This is one of the easiest and best tasting Alfredo on youtube. Some recipe don't add cheese and it will taste bland. You really need that Parm and don't cheap out on powdered stuff!

I’ve made this recipe twice already and it’s always BANGIN! I tweaked it the second time by just adding a bit more parmesan cheese. We had left overs and I just reheated it on the stove and added more heavy whipping cream and just a tad bit more seasoned. It was SAUCYYY!!!! Great recipe!

My 17 year old made this for the family. I couldn't eat it (due to a shellfish allergy). I nail it thank you so much for the recipe. The key to the shrimp was using the white wine I did however add mushrooms. What I will try the next time to use the mushroom & wine as a gravy over the pasta really enjoyed the taste. Thanks again

Girl, love your recipes. This is the 2nd one I tried last night. I did start with some cajun smoked sausage and used larger shrimp that I cut in half. I deglazed the pan with a little white wine to release the tasty bits (I always use a stainless steel Allclad skillet). It was fantastic. Liked and subscribed. You go girl!
