I had been work in electroplating process like soft gold plating, hard gold plating, tin plating, lead plating for almost 13 years and there's a big differences between the video and in my experience, in these video we can see that they dipped the materials onto the plating bath in a few second and transfer to another tank until reach to the end process, while in my experienced the product will dipped in the plating bath with time requires before to transfer in other tank.
Hexavalent chromium is a known carcinogen. The hex chrome plating bath should have proper air ventilation or wetting agents to prevent release of hydrogen bubbles off the parts surface. The lack of proper safety equipment is concerning. In North America is a whole different world in surface finishing. I hope that management considers implementing safer protocols for workers but I fear they do not have the requisite engineering knowledge.

in first compnent plating what did you dipped it in. first semi bright nickel then you went to bright nickel ???
