1940s Wards Island ferry departing from Wards Island ferry dock

The last part of the video shows the various buildings just south of the dock. I am not sure of the exact date so feedback would be appreciated. One QCYC members believes that the building on the right is the Ward's Hotel and the one on the left may be what was once the Wiman Baths.
