No need to remove the liners. Removing the screws on the liners and bending them back is not required at all. You can easily access the driver side fog light bulb from underneath the bumper. Yeah you'll have to lie on your back on the driveway, but no need to unscrew anything, Just reach up and remove the connector, unscrew the bulb, put the new one in and plug in. Viola, you're done. On the passenger side, no need to mess with the wheel well liner either. You'll still have to remove the 2 screws underneath the bumper to move aside the protective cover, but then just reach up and remove the bulb and replace. At least, that's what it was like in my 2019 SR5 Premium.

For the 2020, I just replaced both sides without removing anything. Unless you are running some beefier skids, you can get to both bulbs without issue. The passenger side I couldn’t see what I was doing but did it by feel. No issues

Thanks for the help! Initially, before watching this video, I could not get the bulb out even though I was twisting it. Then, I watched this and found out that you have to disconnect the wires first and then the bulb twists right out. The passenger side is slightly harder and requires more screws to be removed before you can reach up under the shroud to remove the bulb - just like the says in the video. Thanks for the help and the extra brightness will be very welcome!

Nice video but you don’t need to peel back the fender liner much. Just go under the bumper and remove the lower 2 bolts, peel back the liner, reachup to change a bulb or replace the whole headlight assembly. The passenger side fog light assembly is covered in a shroud that’s a PIA to remove just undo the right side tab and fold it back. Again, it’s MUCH easy from underneath unless you have huge forearms!
