This is a quick disconnect rail mount for the Sionyx Aurora. It uses a modified QD rail section along with a CNC machined Nylon camera interface to reduce recoil.
A recoil lug is provided to capture the Aurora and prevent it from rotating. The fasteners are nylon coated, making them vibration resistant.

It’s a pretty useful setup. Add a small IR Illuminator and there are very few shortcomings.

So is it as good as it looks? The video from reviews looks amazing, any issues with firing? I would assume it's not designed for large recoil, how much have you fired while using this? You are really making me want to get a 3d printer and tinker. Great job.

This looks like a pretty solid mount! Only thing I might worry about is the eye relief on the Aurora itself being low enough that recoil on a 5.56 or higher caliber rifle might cause issues.
Have you put any rounds through a rifle with this mounted and if so, were there any issues?

What height would you recommend for mounting behind the QD EOTech EXPS optics?
