- Mounting an RMR on a CZ P10C Optics Ready version using a QVO Tactical RMR mounting plate.
The P10C doesn't come with mounting plates. In this video I'm using a mounting plate from QVO Tactical that aligns with the slide profile. Screws use a T10 Torx bit and are torqued to 12-15 inch pounds.

CZ USA does have plates in stock as of today. Just ordered one. They also have kits for $47.99 for an adapter plate and suppressor height sights. The kits were out of stock but the adapter plates which were in stock were much more affordable than the rest of the 3rd party ones around. And the CZ USA plates do not have the gap and conform to the pistol.
Awesome video! I was reading the trijicon rmr faqs and found this..."Trijicon strongly recommends that users do not use sealing plates that include a raised surface with the new RMR Type 2. The “bump” in these style plates can potentially crush the RMR Type 2’s redesigned electronics. The upgraded RMR Type 2 has been designed so that it functions without the need for an anti-flicker sealing plate. (Trijicon’s RM63 sealing plate does not have a raised surface and is compatible with the RMR Type 2). "
David Pucillo wow good to know. I’ve been running mine with the raised plate for about 3k rounds in harsh environments but I think I’ll switch it out.
Great informative video thank you just ordered the qvo rmr plate for my p10s
Looks very nice, I’m certainly looking for an optic and I’m debating if to add the Glock MOS, CZ P10 OR or SIG P320 to my collection. The Mounting plate you have looks awesome and the video provided nice and easy to follow instructions, which I expect can be applied to most platforms 👍 the only issue is finding all the nice parts here in Europe, in Estonia we have a pretty decent gun culture, just the accessory options for lack of a better word are somewhat limited,, I mostly import what I need from the U.S . But I can’t complain as being a British expat I had no option to do this at all when living life in the U.K.
Thanks for the feedback! Really interesting to hear about the gun culture in Estonia. I definitely like having an Optics Ready model gun as you can try out different optics and don't have to spend the extra cash on getting your slide milled.
Looking at the F OR . I have a 1st gen Czp10F and have the EGW plate and sight over bore takes a little getting use to it and is a good option for those on a budget.
This is really helpful
very nice and detailed video.
MidwayUSA has the RMR plate almost identical to QVO’s for $28. They also have RMR plate + suppressor height sights combo for under $50. I got it on my P10 FOR
Howd it work out
Can we get an update on the quality of the plate and sights???
excellent work. Subscribed.
Hun looks amazing. I wish I they sold the optic ready slide.
Rainier arms in Wichita,ks is a one stop gun store. Magazines, slides, rear plate.
Thanks much; very useful.
Great video, but why is there a gap between the RMR and front of the plate. How is it holding up?
Amazing video thank yiu
Good job
I new to this sorry but can you just drop in a red dot? I ordered my czp10f and when it arrives I’m gonna put a sig Romeo on it. Will I still have to use a plate?
I just bought myself a P10S and have a P10C coming. Looking forward to getting an rmr installed once I can find someone with a plate in stock that fills the gap.
I've been looking for a plate for a week no and still no luck!
A1 Knockout yep everywhere is sold out, I have been just trying to look everyday
Cz should have included the damn plates. I would have payed the extra 50 bucks like I'm going to have to anyways
HURT 1 yeah, same here
Agreed, CZ should include a couple plates. I ordered plates from QVOTactical, C&H Precision and OEM CZ plate from Midway. Of the 3 I like the QVOTactical the best because of the profile they include to fill the gap.
What kind of light do you have attached??
Trijicon says do not use the sealing plate with the nipple for the type two RMR’s it will damage your optic check out their website.
Does it come with cowitness sights?
Yeah my CZ custom plate just came in the mail and i mounted my rmr to it. I will be getting a different plate down the line. The gap really isn't aesthetically pleasing.
Did you change your iron sights to cowitness
Having a hard time finding those products on Amazon. Could you please post a link👍
Is there any other red dot that goes with the car p10?
Nice!👍🙏🏻
Was the red lock tight to much I was told to use blue.
Can you install it directly without the plate?
Thanks, great info! What light do you have on the gun?
Dan McKeon Inforce APLc
Sold out forever of course
red dot more expensive than the gun as whole
Or you could say red dot doubles the value
@@jayceguthrie7 My english is not well as yours :)
What is the RMR model? I want to buy for EDC.
What dpp titanium plate do you have? I can find one for P10c. Do u have a link?
QVO Tactical's plate is what I've been using for my RMR. I have a DPP plate of theirs too but have just been running the RMR so far. Here's a link: www.qvotactical.com/product-p/qvo54.htm
Where did you find this plate must have been a limited addition
Might fit flush on the barrel side with the slide but that plate sticks out on the sides. Too wide for my liking.
What if your CZ P10c don’t come with a plate you can take off?
Did you use heat to remove your cover plate? One screw came right out and the other one only half the screw came out 😔 looks like I'm gonna visit my smith 🤬
What light is that you're running?
I've been looking for this gun everywhere. The OR model for the compact is almost impossible to find.
Look on gun broker, that’s where I got mine
Just bought 1 4 days ago. Been waiting for over 6 months. Grabagun have them sometimes.
Bob's in Glasboro, NJ. Got mine 2 weeks ago. Great shop.
Which particular RMR did you get? Just got my p10c and thinking about doing this
Swiftviper06 I used the RM06 which is 3.25 moa. Have a couple on other guns too and like that model.
WHAT Flash LIGHT ARE YOU USING
Sealing plate?
QVO doesn't sell them anymore. Do you know if anyone else sells the same design? I like how their plate filled that gap.
I have another similar plate from chpws.com that also fills the gap. Their new V4 design is superior IMO with the way they designed the steel t-posts.
@@primaltradecraft262 Thank you very much.
Is that a rmr or a rmrc your putting on?
When I go to put the Holosun light on top of rmr everything lined up… But there are no threads to keep it in the holes… How do you screw the optic onto the plate....
I’m not too swift...what am a I missing
Meant optic not light
@@mikecara3271 I'm not familiar with Holosun mounting, but generally you mount the plate to the gun and the optic to the plate. There are definitely differences in screw lengths that come with the Trijicon RMR and those that often come with plates. If you can see with a light that the holes in the optic line up, you may need to look into screw length.
Do you have a recommendation on taller replacement sights visible through the RMR?
Jeffrey Brunken trijicon suppressor height sites.
Presently I don't have any recommendations for taller sights for the P10C-OR. Note that the regular P10C rear sights are NOT compatible with the optics-ready version of the P10C. I've spoken to Dawson Precision (which is my preferred sight brand, and who is usually faster than most to produce new sight models) and they said they will be coming out with P10C-OR sights soon, but gave no date.
Jeffrey Brunken CZ USA.
Cz USA sells plate and supp sight bundles for $50.
@@drewren1231 I don’t see anything for optic plate and high sights for optic
QVO must have stopped making these I guess
Will the plate u are using work with a holosun 507k? I really like the looks of that plate the way it meets the slide looks like it was meant for it
I don't have a holosun 507k so I can't say for sure. I don't believe the 507k uses the trijicon RMR footprint, so that could be a no. Here is some really great info on different optics and footprints they use. optics-info.com/footprints-on-red-dot-sights/
@@primaltradecraft262 everything I have seen on CZcams about the 507k says it uses the rmr footprint lol.. that's why I was asking u. I know u have the 507c I just cant find a video on the K on a p10s.. thanks for the reply btw and keep up the great informative vids
@@primaltradecraft262 just read the link you gave me thanks alot man. Now I know lol... I guess I'm gonna go with the 507c now... how do u like it? Been holding up pretty good ? Feel cheap ? Or what ? This is my first dot on a pistol trying to get all the info I can. Thanks
@@bradleymckinney83 I don't have experience or own any Holosun optics. Just Trijicon RMR and SRO
Would this be the same for the p10f also?
I believe so. Should be the same on the F, C and S variants.
Do you have a holster that fits all that?
Yes! I have a couple, here's a comparison of 2: czcams.com/video/hCsVyhLAjnI/video.html
Is this bill hader?
Are these slides compatible to CZP07?
no
Do those irons co-witness?
That’s what I’m curious about as well! I would like a lower 1/3 with the OEM co-witness sights and I can’t tell from his video. Any input would be greatly appreciated!
What kind on light do u have on the gun?
Inforce APLc
Where did you buy the plate?
The plate in the video came from qvotactical.com however they are no longer making them. Today the plate I use is from C&H precision and highly recommend it.
Anyone know about any sights to co witness?
Alfredo Bodden trijicon suppressor height sites.
Jon do they make them for the p10c o.r. Model? I haven’t seen them on their website or anywhere else for that matter
@@alfredo0259 I've not seen anyone making sights for the P10C Optics Ready version. Note that regular P10C rear sights will NOT fit the Optics Ready version. Dawson Precision informed me they are planning to produce some soon, but gave no date for availability.
Are the iron sights that bad? I see a lot of people installing the rmr, I’m getting a p10c soon
Its Glory the irons are great on the P10c and the P10c OR (optics ready). They just won’t be able to make a sight picture on the OR because they aren’t tall enough with the optic mounted.
how much is that optic?
Generally anywhere from $435-$475 USD.
Is there a laser pointer/flashlight onepiece of similar size for the p10c to your light?
omghegotagun check out the tlr8ag
My plate will not come off
