Personally you are my idol I watch all your CZcams episodes I've seen them all and someday I will come to New York to see you. I'm kind of like you but not as successful I came here to Florida with nothing except a backpack and started a construction business and it is so tough no matter what you do not just jewelry but even in construction there are lowlifes that cut your throat and go behind your back and I just had a worker that worked for me go behind my back and took one of my main contractors and started doing work for him cheaper. Max, you need to have your employees sign contracts that protect you and your business. This way you'll have legal rights to sue them if they steal clients, defamation if buisness etc.
I don’t think stealing clients in the jewelry business in ny will meet the non compete requirements.

Any business relying on sales employees developing client lists that said employee sells a good or service is a difficult dilema. Yes they sold their clients goods produced at their company. So to sell any other companies goods to those clients would be fucked up, but at The same time The company isnt The one who is working and maintaining a relationship of trust and service to those clients.. in My opinion a client list is property of that sales associate. Especially if that employee Made contact and worked yo get that clients business. The company doesnt have legal rights to a individuales patronage. The client likely has loyalty to the sales associate and not The company. So if that is The situation it seems stupid to tell someone they can't continue to be with The person they know and trust, and they need yo stay and meet someone new.. ya know
@@J.Knox46 You are right but that's why a 1 to 2 year non compete is needed. Most people buy into the trust and familiarity of the sales person. It would be too easy for a competing company to offer more money to a sales person that is doing well to get them to leave and bring their clients with them. the business suffers and all of that revenue goes to a competitor.

I bought a diamond watch from trax and it arrived broken. The crown of the watch came right out when trying to adjust the time making the watch unusable and they sent it out to me like that. I then when to New York in person to get the watch replaced only to find out months later they put fake diamonds in the dial, the only spot you can’t test the Diamond with a tester. I tried getting trax to admit to what they did and they just kept telling me to send it in but I didn’t feel comfortable with that being I was already sold fake stones in my watch. I thought talking with the owner of Trax (Maksud) and he told me to send the watch in and they would give a refund and I told him I didn’t want a refund for a watch that i paid for with no intention on returning for money back. He told me I was fake when I showed him I was at my jewelers and he tested the stones in the dial. Full video will be out on my channel and RSPproductionz main channel.
