Your use of the skeleton really helps me understand your point about the same plane. Very helpful. Thank you, Jason!

Thank you so for this video. I started to have pain in my knee so it was difficult to do the pigeon pose but with your help I can do something sensible 😃. This is so helpful

Thank you so much! Just a week ago I've instinctively adjusted one of my students for 90/90 instead of pigeon when he said it was impossible for him to straighten his back leg. Having this information is life changing ❤

Thank you Jason! Great info, and reflective of my personal journey of 'aging with pigeon'. I would love to hear your input regarding propping of the hip/lateral shin (front active leg) in terms of maintaining femoral-tibial congruency. In the past I used a blanket for this purpose, however have discovered that riding a bolster, (think: Hanumanasana over a bolster) offers a comfortable off-loading for my aging, knee weathered students.

I took a couple of his trainings when he was with Glo, he's such a great teacher. I was very happy with both trainings, highly recommend them.
