Yes, i think they slightly did update it. You can always buy the preshop, can always rev once for free, and eyes and banana peels were added in seek chase

wrong, you wait in the starting point for 1 hour and then go to door 13, if you went to door 13 and then decided to wait 1 hour, it'll be harder since a lot of screeches will spawn
