Kilts are not even very scottish to begin with. thruout history the fast majority of scottish people wore pantaloons, breeks, or trousers and followed continental fashion.

@BoudicaBoudicea Putin is great. im not a huge fan of him but he does what he is supposed to do and is payed for as a president..... and that is to work for the interest of the russian people. I hope and pray that putin will remain president for many many more years. he is the best man for the job. much better than those weak, limp wristed beta sellout judasses they have for leaders in western european countries.

Thats a german folk dance festival they also invite other folks dancers from around the world. Yoh may find a folk dance group even around you. In this cases its a german folk dance group dancing a Scottish folk dancr
