  • A quick demonstration how this game works.
Defence is controlled by the computer. Goal is to score a goals. You have to run across the field again and again until you are in zone 1 (indicated by V1 or H1). Only at this point the goal that is drawn on the game is relevant and can be scored.
You control both teams turn by turn. So, game is in 2 player mode only. I you are 1 player you just sum up the goals you scored with both theams.
The turn ends when you kick the ball out of the field, when defenders will to a step towards your player, or when you leave the field on the right or left end (that means in zone 9 or 1).
If you do a pass, your own player will disappear and a blinking ball will show up. In this moment you will control your teammate and try to get the ball. Depending where the teammate is, the pass will be straight or 45° degree.
    There is also a pro-mode:
In this mode, defenders will kick the ball away. This means you'll have to pick it up somewhere else if you get too close to a defender.
Also you can use two extra keys:
Low/High Kick: you can switch between high and low passes. High passes will go over all the other players including your teammate, and are more difficult to pick up. Don't forget to change to low, when you are trying to shoot a goal.
Teammate: Let you control your teammate, even before you do a pass. This will still be difficult because of oncoming defenders.

I had a few of these hand held games back in the day, but I never saw this one. I am amazed it still works! Good find, and good presentation.
