- CARP FISHING in a Theme Park! Day Session Carp Fishing At Camel Creek Adventure Park! Mainline Baits Carp Fishing TV
With carp fishing reduced to day sessions only, and close to home due to Lockdown guidelines, Mainline Baits angler and presenter, John Kneebone finds his fishing opportunities dramatically reduced... that is until an invite comes to fish a small lake situated in the Camel Creek Adventure Park!
As the lake is not used as a fishery, there is no way of knowing how the venue and any fish present may react to angling tactics - couple this with the winter conditions and there are a lot of unknown elements. So John applies a simple carp fishing approach to take all these factors into account, and takes you through the whole process; from the Spod mix of bait, through to hookbaits, carp rigs and high attract, Smart Liquid infused solid PVA bags!

super movie!!!!!!
Thanks!
That lake is hilarious in the summer. Hundreds of carp all jumping over each other to eat the food at the pontoon! I’ve seen some good upper doubles in there!

Same lake link below
Crikey! I wish they'd been like that in the session! The feeders look like they've been removed - due to Covid I guess?!
@@MainlineBaitsCarpFishingTV I’ve not been for over a year, there were two red sweet machine type things, the ones you put 20p in and spin the handle. I expected you to be pulling two rods in due to non stop bites! 😂 nice video by the way 👍🏻
Quite often fancy sneeking a 6fter in to have a go in the summer could get intresting
Great to see you back John! Missed you on Saturdays mate! Nice little session 👌👍
Thanks Paul👍
Fantastic day out John !! And i would have been well happy with them Winter Minters..
Thanks 👍
Can’t believe you didn’t have more you could pick them out by hand there that friendly in there there’s loads in there
After two quick bites I thought the same!
Hello, I am a new subscriber from Iraq. I wish you good luck. I liked your beautiful videos about fishing. I am also a fan of fishing, and I don’t have very good fishing equipment.
Thanks for subscribing!
you are welcome
Very nice watch, well done on the fish you caught 😁👌🏻
Thank you! Cheers!
Good to see another video john great as always look forward to the next one
Thanks Tommy 👍
Great result, John. As an aside, my experience of using your smart liquid in the winter isn’t the same as yours. I find the liquid becomes too thick to get it out of the bottle when the temperature drops.
It is a very thick liquid - if it congeals in the cold place a little warm (not hot) water in your mug and stand the Smart Liquid bottle in for a few minutes and you should be okay.
Should be some nice fish in now me and my mate fished it years ago put a rig at the side of the platform was catching good doubles over 10 years ago
On the right day I think you could have a few bites too!
Some good fish in there! They love a bit of bread crust, my son had em going on maltesers! Get down Argal after lockdown!
Hmm maybe - I fished Argal a fair bit years ago and there's only really one I'd like to catch, but wouldn't like to take captures away from the other guys if its going to be repeat fish for me.
I shouldn’t worry about that, great bunch of lads on there!
Grate vid John
Thanks Ashley!
Long time no see John :) glad to see you're back safe and well. Looking forward to a good 2021 and some great mainline content.
Thanks David - I hope so too!

Thanks 👍
Just stand on the platform and put seed in the fish are nearly jumping out 🤣🤣
I wish they had been!
Nice vid, good to see your tournaments make the same noise as mine, sound horrendous work like a horse
Yeah I love mine - that noise is all part of the character!
Nice vid 🔥🔥
Thanks!
Mega💯💯🔥
Thanks!
Nice New Video
Thanks!
Hi mate, when hair rigging a carrot do I do it length ways or width?
Who owns the water ? Im stopping in the farmhouse there this year do you think they would let me put a rod in for a couple of hours after the parks closed ? I know they fenced it off a couple of years ago
Awesome video, what reels are those? Thanks
Thanks - they are Daiwa 5000T.
How long do your freeze range boilies last
Once out the Freezer you should remove the boilies from the bag and add to an air-dry bag or lay out to dry, where they will last in this condition indefeniently, they will also harden and if you'd prefer to soften the baits prior to use you can rehydrate them, either by add them and a little lake water to bucket or a matching liquid such as the Activator. In this video there is a section where Rob covers this: czcams.com/video/h6G-brDWHd0/video.html
What size shot are u using on that pop up rig ?
Thats a No1 0.3g shot - balances that rig perfectly!
Serait t'il possible de faire de temps en temps des vidéos en français svp, je pense que la communauté francophone qui vous suivent ou achètent vos produits serai fortement intéressé, au moins sous titré vos vidéos !
On peut essayer mon ami
Are you really using a squeaky reel for a video ...
Thats part of the character of the 5000T's - the reel is actually running smooth, its a rubber section of the line guard that when dry makes that squeak noise. Its a marmite type thing - either love em or hate em.
I will just add - it is also obviously important in videos to use the gear you actually use in your own fishing and not what may falsely improve the video.
Yeah it's just hard to focus on what your saying. Nice couple of fish though!
@@lukejones7457 I get ya Luke - they are noisy.
Can anyone fish there
Unfortunately not - ordinarily we'd try and visit open access waters, but this was pretty much our only chance to get out, close to home and within lockdown rules.
@@MainlineBaitsCarpFishingTV thank, I thought that might be the case, never seen anyone fish there before 😅
