RC F250 Truggy Scratch Build - Episode 1- 3DRC

This is the first RC Video in what will hopefully be a small series about building and design my own scratch build 1:10 Scale RC rock crawler. In episode one we focus on the chassis design and construction.
Our objective with this RC build is to really test how far we can take the 3D printer aspect of this hobby. Aside from the frame rails the rest of the chassis disused in this video are design by us and 3D printed in house.
We have decided to go with a Truggy style body, and utilize Prolines F250 Lexan body for this build as well. Our plan is to 3D Print an off road Bed for this Rig as well.

I designed an angled motor mount yesterday for the exact same reason!! Only thing is that the skid plate will hang on things but that’s the uncomfort of a scaler!!

Yeaa man its a lot of fun! Lots of info online and on youtube! Its not to hard once you get into it! You can find models online, and I sell my models on etsy as well!
