The only medicine/food in the world that cleanse the lungs is Palm jaggery (karupatty). Have it regularly and come out of lungs related problems. Give it to kids and even cough/block nose won't affect them. And never face iron deficiency/hemoglobin etc. If one use from age 3 to 12 they will live any deceases upto age 70 plus. Good luck
