In this video we will discuss how to kick a soccer ball or how to kick a football, whatever you call this beautiful sport. I want to help you learn how to kick a soccer ball so you can have more consistency with your shooting, scoring more goals, and have more confidence around the net.
In this video I will teach you how to kick a soccer ball with power so you can become a consistent goal scorer for your team. If you want to learn how to kick a football with power or how to kick a football far, these principles will also help you as well.
Remember the 3 key points on how to kick a soccer ball the next time you are practicing your shooting techniques. The first is "the physics of ball striking", if you want to now how to kick a soccer ball or how to kick a football just think about simple physics. If you hit the ball on a certain point it will take a specific action.
Next, think about your foot technique. When learning how to kick a soccer ball with power or how to kick a football hard it is really important that you focus on keeping your toes pointed down, foot strong, and ankle locked.
Finally, you want to think about the full range of motion. You should have a nice backswing and full follow through. This will help you get more power on your shots naturally.

Quality video definitely great tips, I found you couldn't find the right words in comparing strong and weak footed shots, the way I look at that is doesn't matter the power but having that right coordination. It's all about the swing and coordination

Thanks bro this really help, I used to practice shooting straight don't the middle so I stood right in front of the ball and made a straight run up and it always went right. I am lefty so that's what you're where talkin about. So know I practice hitting it more on the right to make it go in the middle
I tried the lace shot
Fell before hitting the ball
Bruhh
Relax the foot to form the required shape that will allow the correct contact between the ball and your foot (i.e. in this case, the laces or top of the foot). Once the shape is formed, lock the ankle in that shape right before making actual contact with the ball , to create the desired shot.

If you have big feet you will need to actually lean on the side of your planting foot(foot you aren't kicking with) so that you can hit the ball with your kicking foot at a slant which will expose the laces aslong as you've also locked your foot down.

yeah my shots lack power on the laces and I was hurting with my toes which hurts so I'm going to try this thanks.

By hitting outside of the foot so that the Goal Keeper should move at the side of my foot motion and the ball should go at opposite direction. Thank you (i hope you understand what i mean ☺)

Kick at the side of the ball using the side of your toes
for example im at the left side of the pitch and i use my right to hit the bottom left of the ball but it goes directly straight out?
Great vid and I tell my self don't train till I can score.train till I can't miss.
You should make a video on kicking the ball with your instep. It gives you more accuracy and you can kick different styles like knuckle, topspin, curve, and things like that and yeah like i said it gives you more accuracy
