Delhi Extremes - Mad Markets & Peaceful Parks

- On my final day in Delhi, I took a metro to visit two of the city's markets. First up was the INA market. Google Maps wasn't exactly sure where this place was so I might not have even been in the right place! Even so, it wasn't up to much so I hopped back on the metro to travel to the Sarojini market.
Here I found a big, bustling market, crowded with people seeking bargains. This was more like what I was looking for! Most of the stalls had fixed prices and they were so low, there was no need to haggle!
From here, I took a tuktuk to Deer Park where I expected to find lots of deer? But where were they? I literally had no idea :(
Join me on a long day exploring the extremes of Delhi.

Enjoyed the engagement with people
The cafes, e.g. the Exotic which is upstairs at Tooti Chowk (the 3-way junction on Main Bazar Rd) are good for a reasonably priced beer in Paharganj. The bars are always terrible lol
That Beer scam is very prevalent in many restaurants in India. They want you to order the most expensive beer on the list, all other beers are conveniently out of stock. Best to get up and leave or don't order any drinks at all.
Ever looked into teaching internationally? I left the UK in 1999 and only been back for holidays since.
