bought the salt, detergent and rinse aid combo from bosch. Rinse aid and detergent are good. The salt had contamination. Raised this issue with the customer care of support , they said they will get back to me and i am waiting for the reply from the month of may.

I too use Bosch rinse aid and salt and touchwood, till date I have not come across any such things.
You should maybe follow up with them. .
The expiry date on the packaging of finish salt bought from Amazon is always erased and hence I went for Bosch salt. Didn't expect this quality from German brand. I am following up with them from may till date they don't have answer and always buy time. @@BhuvanaAdi
R u getting good results mam when ur using tablets you are using salt and rinse aid also
Yes tablets give good cleaning when used once in a while even with salt and rinse aid.
But if you are planning to use tablets continuously, then you should reduce salt and rinse aid setting by one level. Thanks.

Detergent is good for everyday use. You can add salt and rinse aid in the respective compartments and set their levels based on your water hardness.
Use the correct quantity of detergent based on which program you select(whether short or long) and on the degree of soling of dishes that you load.

I still have my tabletop dishwasher and I am using it too. I have had my Bosch dishwasher(SMS40M52EU) for 12 ½ years, which I use regularly.

Hi Vijeesh, this is the most popular and widely sold model. It has more than adequate programs for all our requirements and also is ideal for a family of 4-5 persons. It is also economically priced as compared to other Bosch models. I would definitely recommend this model.

I have had my Voltas Beko tabletop dishwasher for almost 4 years now.
The Bosch dishwasher SMS40M52EU is my first dishwasher which is almost 13 years old now.
