    Lift Run Study is a 90 day challenge to get you out of you comfort zone and make you more disciplined.
    Lift : Lift weights in the gym or body weight exercises every single day for 90 days.
    Run : Run outdoors or indoors every single day for 90 days.
    Study : Study a book as opposed to reading passively every single day for 90 days.
    If you miss doing it a day the count is reset and attempts is incremented.
    Record yourself using the pattern X/Y/90 :
    X is the streak count.
    Y is the attempt number.
    This is inspired by @cameronhanes Lift Run Shoot series .
