    This is a powerful sine inverter. It has 600W capacity using 6 mosfet IRF1404. it uses pic12F675 microcontroller. driver IR2103 and totem pole Drive S8550 S8050, it has a stable feedback 220V voltage. If you like my videos, please like, comment and share, thank you very much :D

    Sir, I am big fan of you. I want to make this inverter and have downloaded all the files and try to simulate this project in proteus, but unfortunately both hex files do not work at all. This issue has already been pointed out by many peoples in the comments. You are requested to please please please upload again tested hex file. This will be a huge favor for me and many other peoples who like your work.

    So I use PIC18 to generate SPWM but whenever I connect to the transistors I draw so much current. My inverter is a single phase inverter. I tried to trouble shooting the issue but the only thing I noticed that you have resistor connect to Gate of all your transistors.
    My questions is: do you use all N-channel Mosfet? And what is the resistor value to limit the current going to that mosfet?

    Can the 555 Ic use the same design because I have a lot of them I use in square wave inverter but I need a pure sine wave I use a 1.0uf capacitor but the wave is not true sine wave what can I do to get the square wave to pure sine I was thinking of a low pass filter

    hey! I am really interested in building this project but as i don't use any PCB i would love having a schematic, because for me this project is useless without schematic! IRF1404 seems better than IRF3205 but only supports 40V, while IRF3205 support 55V. Be careful with the peak reverse voltage that could destroy the mosfets, their body diodes are not fast! Adding MBR30100 or just 1n4148 in parallel with the mosfets body diode could be a good idea!

    Why you used totem pole Drive S8550 S8050? Was not the driver
    IR2103 enough?

      It is ir2103 fake from china, not from International Rectifier. So for safety, I have added totem pole drive.

    Thanks buddy, this looks great.
    But I've two issue,
    1: how can we convert that circuit to use ferrite core transformer instead of iron core
    2: I never programmed a pic before nor written an pic related code, can we use arduino instead?
    3: if 2 above is not possible, please advice on things needed to program that pic12f675, I will order one.

    Your Hex File Code doesn't work. What is the use of 220v feedback input given to Pin#7 of the Pic? I have tested the Pic with your code using Proteus simulator. But nothing comes out of Pin #5 of the Pic.

    Sir, Thank you for your quick response as per your suggestion I used pic 12f683 and upload "v2.hex" file but it did not work. Then accedently I connect the pin 4 of 12f683 to postive supply instead of pin 3 and it start working and I start getting spwm signal on pin 5 and a nice sine wave at output of the transfarmer but feedback section is still not working.
    I think the code does not match the pin configration of the microcontroller and schematic.
    Can you please redo this project and upload the updated working files.

      He just flooded the traces with a lot of solder. This is a common method to increase a trace's ability to carry more current. You see it used often in homemade projects and commercially made inverters, too.
