KTM's Jack Miller, who was impressed by Pedro Acosta's podium charge in the Portuguese Grand Prix, believes he "can only wish" to have a riding style similar to the rookie in MotoGP.
Miller believes he can learn a lot from the young Spaniard after studying the differences in riding styles between his and Acosta during the intra-KTM battle in Portugal.

What are your thoughts, will Pedro Acosta replace Jack Miller at KTM in 2025?
Let us know in the comments down below ⬇
Without question
100%
As an Australian, unfortunately yes.
Pedro Acosta is the most talented rider out there, he is KTM’s price asset, they are not going to want to loose him so it is obvious they will give him the factory bike. He also has charisma like Rossi and has so much marketing potential.
He bloody should. Miller is useless
Massive respect to Miller for staying humble and supporting his teammate.
Even if Jack outshines both Pedro & Brad, KTM will make room for Pedro., their 'once in a generation' superstar 🌟
They’ll do a swap,Pedro to ktm and jack to gas gas.. jack has elevated that bike heaps in one season, they need him.
They will
Jack will be in SKB in 2025 no doubt about it. Frankie and Nakagami will be packing their bags too.
😂😂😂😂s
Yep, morbidelli hype was too much, just unskilled
@@Allegro94-lz6vc I think he's one of those riders who never fully comes back after an injury. He was a contender at Yamaha in 2020
Acosta “rides” the bike not the reverse . . . I’m a photographer, I was told when I was going to school, “make the camera do what YOU want it to do and you will take great photos . . .” Pedro makes the bike do what he wants it to do within its capabilities. WINNAH! 👍👍😘
Yea sure mate , I’m sure you can ride a Motogp bike faster than Jack
@@queenslander954 I don’t think i said anything about me riding a motorcycle . . . did I? 😑😂😂😂😂
It's not like JM hasn't had every opportunity.
Jack can’t manage tyres.
He runs at the front for the first half a dozen laps, cooks his tyres and then drops like a stone.
It happens week in week out.
Yea mate I remember you doing that when u raced motogp
@@queenslander954 I’ve never ran a country before does that mean I’m unable to criticise my government?
When you put yourself out there like JM does in his job you’re open to criticism.
I put my comment out there now I’m open to criticism.
You replied now you’re open to critique.
That’s how it works.
@queenslander954 why dont you address the statement instead of attacking the speaker? does jack not fall through the field after being near the front for several laps? is this a falsehood? this is a rhetorical question btw because thats exactly what happens.
@@pm3577 Ooooh .. have a little cry mate 🥲
@@LegalFiction-st7db So pretty much just like you mate , sticking your little beak in like you’re the internet moderator
Vote for Pedro
Miller Should've kept his mouth shut year's ago and concentrated on Riding.
He’s a multi world champion given a competitive bike. Watched his whole career. He’s outstanding and on a par with Rossi and Marques.
Poor Jack lost his mojo when he left Promac. He never clicked with the factory
Ducati and he's never clicked with the KTM. Others around him can ride with a hot rear tyre but jack just ends up 3 seconds slower.
As an Aussie I've seen 50% of our riders as all-so-rans and 50% world champions.
Yes I hate to think it but bin it miller is out , however I also hope Pedro keeps the tyres on the ground 🤔
Skill with 19 year old flexibility is what your seeing .
He sure is a Talent !,, we will have to wait and see.
Jack could be a good test rider. He is fast, he just shits the bed come race time.
He did get P5 & P5 in Grand Prix of Portimão. And beat Pedro in the Sprint. P5 is still very good. And he's smashing guys like Oliveira, Rins and notably Quartararo. Lets not talk about Franco Morbidelli though, right?
@@joelwhelan6830both he and Binda are holiday boys compared to the kid that's sayin "fck it let ride like we fckin stole this thing. " just goes to show KTM could have had a championship or two with better riders.
Its a no brainer; Pedro will replace Miller in 2025
Unfortunately, this ruin comes for everybody. Getting replaced by newer drivers/riders, or those who hadn't got an official seat yet, or in worst cases, getting fired. By the year Valentino Rossi decided to retire in 2021, he was the only older rider of his era on track.
@@Malick-ix9io it’s a pity for Jack but he’s not quite hit the mark at KTM
Hope he gets a Satellite team to ride for
@@obez42 Yeah.
Yea mate a no brainer , so how’d you figure it out ?
@@queenslander954 Jack hasn’t performed well overall in his time to date with KTM.
Race after race he starts well then fades away to an average to poor finish.
🤷♂️
Then along comes a 19 year old generational talent and rookie in Acosta with exceptional performance and bike control to exceed all the high expectations from experts, pundits and fans alike in his first few races as he learns and gets better and better…
Also KTM currently NOW give any new parts to Brad and Acosta first to use before passing on to Jack and the rest
So it’s not a hard conclusion to draw that a below par performing Jack will be replaced by a high flying Acosta next season
Keep riding strong jack, awesome riding pedro
Marq will not be able to Handel it he will have to push him off !
That is already before the race. The way the last race he over took the Champion. 2 champion. Needless to say he will be in the factory. It only 2 race. Give him a couple race more. You find other knocking into his door. 😅
A new legend is born.
Keep a straight head. And run hard. And acknowledge your fans. Keep on keeping on. 😊
It all on Jack hands to stay in KTM. As he mentioned, there is a lot to learn from Pedro
Trouble with KTM they have short bursts of consistency with both Brad & Jack..
If it’s a wet surface then they’re both very good, but for the rest of the time they’re not so..
Pedro is another Rossi / Marquez so whatever they do they’ll never be at the same level as Acosta ..
He doesn’t need a works bike to show his talent..a bit like Marquez is also proving at Grazini ..
Binder hounded the top Ducati riders throughout the 2023 season on a constantly improving machine. Being fourth in the championship and the top non-Ducati rider is an accomplishment, no other manufacturer or rider came close to challenging the admittedly best bike last year. Brad's starting 2024 in decent fashion despite a crash in qualifying and the sprint in Portugal, he is still in second place. I am firstly a Binder fan and secondly a KTM fan. I don't mean to offend you, but Brad is undoubtedly one of the best riders on the grid. Sorry for the long winded reply, I wish you well.
Bro, it's the other way around, KTM had the bike which was working however they till date didn't have the rider to exploit it's true potential..like Alex said that KTM is good
@@jfu5222 The problem with Brad Binder is that he's not a prolific qualifier, which is crucial nowadays in MotoGP. He got beaten in quali by both Acosta and Miller in Portugal and the US. Because of this, he always has to fight through the field, which takes more time and risk. I always doubted the KTM bike because Binder barely gets wins. However now, I'm doubting Binder more because Acosta is showing him up big time, and Miller was never the tough teammate/benchmark to begin with.
@@Daxboy16 I agree,he needs to qualify better, and more consistently be running towards the front on Fridays. I must add that his crew chief, or someone, in his box is not getting the bike set up quickly enough, and he is held in the box too late on his last run during qualifying almost every time! This makes me crazy, when everybody else is on the track and Binder is going to get one flying lap, with an inevitable yellow flag.
i like jack, but acosta already has his seat.and if ktm dont dance to his tune, well he'll just take his pick.
I love Jack's approach, he has made MotoGp worth watching at his best, but he is struggling to step up and it is clear. Pedro is the new Marquez
Perhaps, better than Marquez, we will see!
The writing is on the wall NOW !!
Fabio to ktm in 2025
Miller is finished
He is fast Peace out
That's a wrap for Jack!
Dead man walking
I wonder why young riders are so successful in MotoGP and yet in wsbk it's usually the older guys that run at the front
GP bikes and stock/production bikes reward different riding styles. You can't be too agressive with superbikes and most young riders have agressive riding styles
If KTM can extract more power out of that motor Ducati is going to be in trouble I think the KTM is the best looking bike in Moto GP
Miller is a proverbial also ran. He’s finished. Honda saw it, Ducati saw it and now KTM. His only hope is as a development rider or hope Yamaha are desperate enough to employ him as a rider. If MV, Suzuki, Cagiva or even Kawasaki return, they might be desperate for a rider with experience of MotoGP.
Jack is gone
Yep , not good at saving his rubber, Fast but not smart , Pedro is Young and hungry . He wont just be knocking on Jacks door . Look out all the top guys. Motogp is getting boring now . [The Ducati Cup] .
A bit late , he’ll have your bike next year Jack
Not even next year even in the mid season he could take jack seat if pedro stays in top 5 in the log or win a few races
yes
Miller should have been let go 2 years ago…
Pecco is a once in a generation superstar, just like Jarno Saarinen, Johnny Cecotto, Greg Hansford & mike Hailwood, to name a few.
Pedro Acosta - not Pecco
Pecco. 😂😂
FRAHN-CHESS-KO BAHN-YAI-AH Twice World Champion.
Jack will be lucky if he gets a ride in ASBK.

ohhhh Miller gotta go! Gotta learn from a rookie…Bye Miller.
Your over! And out you should go!!!
"Bumperbike" Marc will take him out next.... sure to be sure, thats for sure
