They have what 9 million subscribers, they were already getting insane ad revenue. I genuinely think the ad revenue that came from people who already watched the Try Guys enough to even hear about this probably is not significant.

The fact that Eugene Took time from his cooking to make sure keiths chicken didnt burn as he was scrambling for a sink is true friendship/sportmanship
In the "gingerbread house" challenge, Eugene was behind everyone else in getting his cookies into the oven. Keith brought 2 trays of Eugene's cookies to the outside oven to give Eugene time to finish his trees and get those into the inside oven. These guys are awesome.
Eugene has come a long way. That scene instantly reminded me of the ice cream cone recipe where he was so reluctant to heed keith's advice xD

@@MargauxNeedler noodles is more of a generic and pasta is noodles but specifically Italian, all the way to the type of sauce and other flavors that he served it with
@@MargauxNeedler quite a lot actually. The type of flour, the egg, the cooking process all plays a large role in the dish. Biang biang noodles arent egg noodles like pasta is. There are so many different types of noodles with all different types of textures for example soba which is very delicate or noodles like naengmyeon which are extremely chewy. You would never consider either to be even remotely similar to pasta in any way.

NO LITERALLY I have been saying this for SOOOO long every time they have a challenge where they make a food that isn't Italian he somehow turns it into something Italian and is shocked every time he is a one trick white cracker pony

this was HILARIOUS. my friends & i met Keith at Bang Bang Noodles earlier this year in LA. i was actually too timid to approach him and we were hovering around Keith like weirdos, but then he came up to us and chatted with us for a bit before taking a pic! meeting Keith was the best experience ever and he's just as kind as you'd think he is!! also you must TRY BANG BANG, i crave it constantly, and if i'm driving in LA traffic for one bowl of noodles.... you know they SCHMACK

Eugene likes to claim that he’s an asshole but he’s honestly such a sweet person. He didn’t have to make sure that Keith’s chicken didn’t burn, but he took the time away from his dish to help his friend.
Right, I feel like he mistakes asshole with just being a dark sarcastic person (possibly leaning into it for the show) but he's always so sweet to his friends on here

Indian here and agree on both points. My husband taught me how to cook. Every time i asked him how much of something to put in, he went “andaaze se” which means “by intuition”. He taught me how to cook by saying “whenever you ‘feel’ is enough”. It’s a miracle I learned anything lol

@@luccamalualves8261 What people around the world know as "italian pasta" is only one of the many kinds we have (not shape, I'm talking about the making of the pasta, the actual ingredients) and it's the most common kind. Its' called "pasta secca" (literally "dry pasta", because you don't cook it fresh as you do with some kind of noodles, like the ones in the video, ) and doesn't require eggs at all. That would be "pasta all'uovo" (uovo being egg) and it's a special kind of pasta, not the most common one.
So no, once again, Ned is not italian at all lol

I think Eugene's background from growing up in the south and the general attitude when cooking of add stuff until it feels right generally helps him when they do cooking without a recipe, it's a bit more hit or miss when they bake without a recipe

Can I suggest something for Without a Recipe? More Mexican foods: sopes, gorditas, chalupas, tamales, duros, aguas frescas. They're not super hard and they're easily customizable, so they're perfect for showcasing your personalities. I don't think you have to worry about people coming after you for lack of authenticity if you don't try to pass them off as traditional, like Rachel Ray did with her pozole.

as a kiwi kid born n bred in nz with parents hailing from xi’an… i grew up eating the most authentic and dare i say (yummy) chinese food lol. biang biang mian has always been one of my fav foods w my chinese dad (who never used to show outward love) making it for me when he got time off work… i learnt to write the SUPER hard chinese character (still have it memorised) && would beg my dad to make it for me when i was younger,, even when he was exhausted from work. when my parents got divorced when i was around 10 and my mom fucked off for a while,, my dad would make it for me every day for about a year, almost as a little apology for how screwed their marriage was… this food holds so much sentimental value, and everytime i have it (esp the egg tomato style) im brought back to my childhood & the unadulterated joy i had while eating this very dish. n e ways ramble over i fr am only 3 minutes into the video and ive already ordered you po (spicy oil) biang biang mian online to have for dinner lmaooo

The fact that even Eugene reacted to the Schezuan peppercorns, tells me it might be too spicy and I will never eat it alone.
It's mala spice so it's numbing haha it's very different from regular spicy chili so some people cannot handle it well. I usually eat very spicy (like bird eye chili), but the peppercorn is like creepily in the back of your neck numbing sensation. Try it sometime!
I bit into one at a hotpot place and thought I was having an allergic reaction. It's bananas if you're not expecting it.
Schezuan peppercorn is mala which is a whole different sensation from just regular spiciness. If you've never tried it it'll feel REALLY weird the first time you have it lol. Kinda feels like when you hit your elbow wrong and your arm starts feeling like static, but with your entire mouth
Just need to give love to Eugene's Beard, it's neat because he looks so different to me with facial hair, like an equally attractive sibling of Eugenes or something.
