@@ShreddedDad Yeah, I've seen Titan's. Space is a premium in my home gym, I actually only want something that works with rollers, not with a full seat. I also like the way the one in your video attaches without any hitch pins being necessary. Simple, effective design.

@@ShreddedDad Yeah, I've been looking at it. In that price range after adding the rollers, I'd rather go for the one from EliteFTS. Bummer to hear they went under. I do have an adjustable bench being made by StrayDog as an upgrade to my REP, so they're getting my money regardless.

The old gym I used to go to is very small and almost all of the equipments are made by the owner. He made a leg curl/extension attachment he hooks to an old bar with pads and setting it up on the squat rack. And has an extra house chair just for that.

hows it feel not being held down by a pad over your lap
Still feels good. Have to lean back a little bit for counterweight but still feel it in the quads. This model is no longer made though

It’s made to fit any 3x3 rack with 1” holes. The upgrade will work with both 5/8” and 1” holes and might even have an optional seat

It will but the problem is the hole spacing is not entirely compatible with a lot of units. You'll need to find out what yours is center to center and compare it with the attachment. At this point it's better to just get the standalone unit since the attachment is almost as bulky as the standalone.

How would you compare the product similar to this by titan to the bulletproof isolator?
I’ve never used the Titan leg curl/ext attachment but seems like it works similar to the Isolator except that the isolator can do a lot more

For 2 x 2 racks it’s harder to find attachments unless they’re from the same brand as your rack
@@ShreddedDad I found one by Force USA (out of stock) that seems to fit 2x2, but with 5/8" holes, so it technically could work, just be a little wobbly.
There’s companies that sell adapters to make the 5/8” pins fit into 1” holes
