How far is tilal al ghaf from the palms?
with no traffic its 20 mins, with traffic it can be 35 mins. Whatever is on The Palm, you have it in TAG ..beaches, shops, a top school!

@bigdento Properties now under 1 mill aed I dont really concentrafe on as you get what you pay for...check thru my videos and youll see a lot of different options

good question..its real sand then like a nice soft concrete leading into the water!
