I have been following your content for a while now. But I disagree with you here.
Including the hydrogenated fats and the trans fats you mentioned which are obviously bad, polyunsaturated fats and common unsaturated oils are also toxic and indeed bad fats. We find PUFAs in every food we consume. Research and a lot of medical trails are already proven that high PUFA diets reduces longevity and slowly hinders mitochondrial energy metabolism.

@@LukeCoutinho No Luke. You have taken me wrong. I accept that refined oils are obviously bad. But aren't PUFAs bad too? It seems to be the major precursor for a lot of diseases off-late?
