Ese personaje llamado Aemond, se nota que lo hicieron con la personalidad de Légolas de el señor de los anillos, o sea con el andar de Orlando Bloom. Se nota bastante que el autor de Casa de dragones y juego de tronos resalta en sus libros su fascinación por J. R. R. Tolkien. Muchos escritores creadores de historias o novelas de los últimos años, han copiado en algo a Tolkien, pero jamás lograrán superarlo, además de que Tolkien nunca escribió cosas inmorales. Tolkien fue y será el mejor.
George R.R. Martin nunca ha negado que se inspirĺ en el universo de Tolkien para crear el suyo. La diferencia justamente es lo que dices al final. El universo de Canción de Hielo Y Fuego esta lleno de inmoralidad y corrupcion porque la mayoria de sus personajes son grises. Es un mundo mucho mas cruel y realista, pero tambien mas interesante.
