    It’s nice to see good reviews on LY boards as I’ve just ordered my first one 😅(complete). An ‘Above Love’ ATV-X 9” x 32” with 14.375” wheel base. It’ll be interesting to see how it feels compared to my Alva tri-logo 🤙

      Nice! The ATV-X boards look awesome! Tell me how you like it! Thanks for watching and commenting. I like Landyachtz a lot but there’s not a ton of review videos out there. Stay rad friend 🤙

    I'd love to see a review of the Arbor Pistola as I don't think there's a single video online!

    Nice review, makes me want one but I don't really do wide decks. Maybe I need a transition set-up 🤔😆

      Thanks dude! I really like a wide deck with a long wheelbase. I'm 6' and have big feet so I really like having a lot of room to play with.

    Hi, awesome vid! How would you say this compares to the Stonegod especially in terms of cruising? And how does the Ditch Life compare if you've already tried it? I'm new to skateboarding and just wanna get good cruising. I have the Dark Wave Ditch Life and I'm considering if i need a bigger board like Raft and Stonegod for a more stable ride. My only concern is the heaviness of the boards.

    • @skate_oasis
      @skate_oasis  Před 3 měsíci +1

      Hey thanks for your comment!
      I found the Raft and the Stone God very similar. They have different lines but they're both ~10" wide at the widest point and they both taper down towards the tail. They also both have the same 15" wheelbase and a very similar concave, so if you had your eyes closed you probably couldn't tell them apart. Both really awesome boards.
      I have a Ditch Life deck but haven't ridden it yet, but I think in terms of cruising it will also be similar. It does have a bit steeper concave though, so its probably a tad more resposive.
      If you're new to skateboarding and just looking to cruise aorund (which is awesome! welcome to the club!) then I wouldn't concern yourself over the weight of the boards. They're all about the same.
      Let me know if you have any other questions, I'd be happy to help.
      Thanks again for watching and commenting. I love Landyachtz boards and I'm trying to share the stoke lol.
      Stay rad!

    Is it similar to the tugboat and skif, " feelingwise "?

    • @skate_oasis
      @skate_oasis  Před měsícem

      So they’re both smaller than the raft but have similar trucks and wheels so they’re not worlds apart. The raft is definitely more capable of trickery than the tugboat and the skiff, but if you’re into cruising then that’s not a drawback. Thanks for your question!

    Would you choose the Stone God or the raft messenger for cruising in the urban area?

    • @skate_oasis
      @skate_oasis  Před 2 měsíci +1

      They’d both be great boards for cruising the city! I prefer the raft though. Thanks for watching!

  • @Dentastic420
    @Dentastic420 Před měsícem +1

    Hey wich deck would you prefer for cruising or wich do you think is the best one overal? the Raft or the Ditch Life? I'm thinking about either one of those two, or maybe the atv classic

    • @skate_oasis
      @skate_oasis  Před měsícem +1

      Well the Raft isn’t available right now (maybe on 3rd party sites) but it depends on your preferences. They’re both very similar and you’d be happy with either one for cruising. I wouldn’t go for the ATV classic for cruising because I don’t really like popsicle shapes, but it would still rock! Thanks for watching and commenting friend 🤙

      @@skate_oasis Ya very welcome! love the vids, I just lost my dinghy wich drove into the water after I fell, so looking at a tugboat UV Bengal, because I love it gets purple in the sun, only reason I wanted the raft is because you get 63mm wheels, same as on my dinghy, just want a board that's more stable so I'm thinking the tugboat, only thing is those come with 60mm wheels, not sure if you have experience with those? but I could also always swap them later for 63mm purple fatty hawgs wich I think will look cool on the board when it goes purple in the sun, I just hope that they will fit c:

      @@skate_oasis do you know wich gen polar bear trucks they come with and if I could go downhill with it? not like insane downhill but decently steep, if I added 155mm trucks and maybe 70mm wheels or 72?
