  • Terve! In this episode ill hazzle around the engine head and put it back in place with the engine. Sorry about mixing up the chronological things with this and previous episode, trying to get my bearings with this video editing!

    Omg! Do we remove the two rings on the gasket!!?? I didn’t remove them when installing :( By the way, great contents! I have learned a lot from you! Thanks for the videos! Cheers!!!

      Heya! I think that it isnt meant to remove that one. For some reason i thought that it wont go flat with it, but i guess it will stay outside of the contacting surfaces. Thanks for your feedback 🙏

    copper washers seal around head studs and keeps oil out of cylinder shaft studs?

      Hi Derek! Afaik, it works like it should. The copper washer idea was coming from the parts explosion image / service manual 🤷‍♂

    i lost the pictures i took.
    i need help with some pictures or which video shows putting the motor back together in detail.

      Hey Riki. Sorry, i dont have that kind of photos or videos since i only rebuild the top of the engine. I suggest that you refer to the service manual, it will show all the steps needed.

      I've upgraded it to 300cc, but I have ridden it yet, as I need to re-register the bike. I'm interested to see the difference between 250 and 300cc.
