To unlock the secret characters on PS4 you need to have "Jak And Daxter: The Precursor Legacy", "Jak II", "Jak 3" and "Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection" save data on your sistem.

u need a saved file of one of the ractet a clank games (idk witch one) then go in secrets shop go on mystery cherecters or whatever and u should get special cherectors if u have saved files on the same memory card on whatever games

You need a game save file of Jak 1. Once that, play Jak X: Combat Racing, go to Secret Store in the Main Menu and click on Scan Secret Characters.
