Let me know. Did you like or dislike that this video started with a teaser and made you wait to see how the lamb turned out?
Sherry, you know what my normal post would be but not today. Today is probably the most depressed I've ever been in my journey with mental health. I feel like giving up but a half hour I got to spend with you. It made me smile
Hugs to you Shannon!
Hugs from Louisiana. ♡
I am so sorry for the rough day you are having, tomorrow will be better
Hope tomorrow these sad feelings will lift. Sending hugs your way.
As I’m a Peter Rabbit fan, I’m loving the clock scene. No surprise I guess as I do also love a clock.
To the lady who is depressed. I'm feeling for you. I hope you have support and I agree watching these videos is calming and inspirational. Im sending you a virtual hug❤
Heres a HUG from me to her also. I went though one today and I came and put on a crafting video. These ladies lift me up with their ideas.
$16 for the concrete bunny. Totally worth it after you fixed it. Adorable holding the tulips.
GIRL!! I'm not even going to try to pick a favorite. The whole video is so wonderful. Thank you😊
Glad you liked it!! Thank you, Pam!
DEAR, YOU'RE A LEGITIMATELY UPCYCLING ,HOW DO YOU FIND SO MANY IDEAS? EVERYTHING IS WITH SO MUCH GOOD TASTE OF ELEGANCE. I LOVE YOUR CHANNEL 🌹
Thank you so much, Sylvia! I’m not sure where the ideas come from. I think I am mostly inspired by the thrifted items themselves. I find so much joy in making things pretty! 😊
Sherry - you made my heart sing! The bunny turned out perfectly imperfect! I love Mr. McGregor's little house and hope I can make a similar one. My favorite was the little basket holding the eggs.. Sweetness overload. I think one of your signatures is a bird holding something in its beak!
Thank you so much, Jan! You are right that I always think birds should have a little surprise in their beaks!
I simply LOVE the carrot basket and clock!!!! Fabulous crafting, Sherry. Bravo!
Thank you so much!
Thank you for making plain things beautiful.
So many copy “stuff” and call it their own.
You make me want to be more creative.
P.S. My husband knew you were a former teacher by your enunciation of words as you describe how to blend/create.
My favorite is the idea to use old book pages to covers plastic eggs. I have a lot of very old books and I‘m always happy over a new idea to use them 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
So glad you liked this idea, Martina!😊
I know! Wasn't that a great idea? And cutting strips of book pages to make a nest was just brilliant! Shall try to do that myself. 😊
I am amazed at all the ideas you have in your head. I absolutely loved the Peter rabbit project. All your projects are so much fun. I love Mondays with you. ❤😊
Oh, thank you, Merry! What a sweet thing to say! 😊
I enjoyed the entire video . I’ve seen the Peter rabbit clock done before in frames but yours was adorable. Loved the white flowers in the blue and white urn also. Thanks for starting the video by cutting off Shaun the sheep’s legs it was a great intro.
Some people might say “I don’t have those things” that not the point you teach us to use our imagination and to use your techniques to transform what we have or can find! Love them all! Blessed days!
Thank you! Yes, I did try to choose a couple things that I thought most people would have-an old wicker basket and plastic eggs, but the other items were just for inspiration.
@@CanterburyCottage The LAMB, looks like a Patience Brewster piece, (she designs for Mackenzie Childs), if it is one of hers it probably was part of a spring Easter collection. The larger reindeer like your lamb usually sell for $100. & up. If any of her older pieces r rare, the price will go way up.
Love how you started the video by severing the little lamb's legs. You get right to it! Loved that you made him into a whimsical rocking lamb. I want to see if you ever incorporate his feet into another project. You might have spent a bit on the cement rabbit but the repair is amazing and I felt happy for him. Loved every project.
Oh, thank you, Ellen! You know I save everything, but we’ll see if those feet make it into another project.😳
The fact that you fount cement fixer pre-mix blow my mind! I will now bring the broken cement items home! I love them but new they are so expensive!
I know, right? I’m on the hunt for more broken concrete, too!😜
Those miniature carrots 🥕 were too cute !
🐰
Oh, thank you!
You always impress me with your creativity. When you made the mini carrots, I remembered Aleene(glue lady) making a modeling clay with two pieces of white bread, crusts removed and torn into small pieces. She would add a small amount of her tacky glue and knead it until it came together, the cut and shape for her project. Heidi, her daughter would paint with craft acrylic and use it as decor items. The bread never molded or disintegrated. I love how you pull out a throwaway and make a beautiful decor item. Thanks for sharing.
Hey Sherry! I love the Peter Rabbit clock shadow box, definitely my favorite, but the rocking lamb was a close second! I thought of you today when my mail came, I won an entire lot of vintage birds and thought, “Sherry would love these!”, as I opened them! ❤ I’m digging out all of my spring items this week, and will take a cue from you as I revamp some of my older things. I have a whole series of different sized cloches running down the center of my dining room table, and will have a fun time creating little vignettes in each of them. I’m so ready for spring!!
Good afternoon, Janie! Aren’t vintage birds the best and so hard to find?! I love the idea of a row of cloches down the dining room table; I’m sure you will create an adorable vignette!
That lamb is adorable. I also loved the Peter Rabbit one❤
Especially love the orange box with Peter Rabbit and his coat. Another standout is decoupaging the plastic eggs and arranging them in the basket with greenery. Very high end looking. And, as usual, all of these are great. As another retired English teacher, I also love how you correctly use the word "lie" instead of "lay", a balm for all the times I've heard people use those words incorrectly!
Thank you, Sue! I actually think that so few people know the difference between lay and lie, that most people probably think I should have said “lay”!😜
@@CanterburyCottage I hear you. I read so much incorrect grammar when grading essays I got to the point that I had to check to make sure I was correct.
Your projects are always great! I love the last basket the best. I always get new inspiration every time I watch your videos.
Oh, I’m so glad that I can share some ideas with you each week, Shelly! 😊
Always a pleasure to see what you will do next. I love that you took these imperfect finds and turned them into darling spring decor pieces. You are truly inspiring!
Thank you so much, Linda!
All of these projects are so adorable! Now I need to dig out all of the bunnies, birds, and baskets left over from last years' good intentions and fix them up for spring.
Yes!😀
I think that my favorite is the Peter Rabbit clock. The attention to detail was amazing!
Oh, thank you so much, Debbie! I was lucky to have several small garden items.
I really love Peter rabbit and the shadow box-I’m biased because we go way back BUT I love everything you did! You are absolutely fantastic!! What a treasured Queen of Cleverdom and Decordom. Thank you🌹
The best part is that you use things that many wouldn’t and it all turns into greatness.
Wow, thank you, Lydia! I am so pleased that you still enjoy by videos. (Some might get tired of me after 3 years of watching my channel!)
Sherry you never disappoint everything you do is so creative...I especially loved the clock but those baskets were awesome. I loved them all.
@@CanterburyCottage Not I- I am in it for the long haul.♥️
I've been watching you since the beginning Sherry. You never disappoint
Spring has Sprung! I wish I had your creativity. Thank you for sharing.
I have a small picket wooden fence that has broken off at the ceramic lamp vase. Which glue would use to reattach it?
That clock ended up absolutely adorable!
Shannon I'm so glad that you wrote that ART THERAPY is the best.😊💕😊
Sherry all r these adorable bunnies and lambs made me smile. That carrot basket is just adorable. Still snowing out my way so a touch of Easter gave a little warming on a chilly day.
Thank you, Linda! It was warm and sunny here today, but it is supposed to snow a little Wednesday. That’s Illinois weather for you!
The lamb was transformed from an odd looking decor item to an adorable Spring display. So whimsical and cute!
Thank you, Patricia!😊
LOVE these sweet transformations, especially the repurposed clock and the plastic eggs. You're thrifty and ingenious. I always eagerly await your new videos.
Thanks so much! I really appreciate your kind comments!😊
@CanterburyCottage You're very welcome! 💕 I was going to buy some of these but, lucky for your sake, everything I wanted was sold.
The redo on the clock is one where you constantly see new !! Adorable !! Easter is my fav holiday in sense all is new same as you've done w these projects !
The lamb is so precious, I love him, but he needs a bell around his neck. Sherrie, I always admired the cream & green leaf S&P shakers in your videos, so I was so thrilled to see them in your shop, so I bought them. Thank you for listing them, Hugs Sandie from Texas.
Sherry, only you, or a bird, would think of putting a nest in a watering can! Love it!!!
I LOVE the paper whites transformation. The blue and white bowl is so pretty. You amaze me how you think outside the box!!
That lamb was adorable! Lovely repair on the rabbit! Loved the egg basket and the watering can, too!
I found a two foot angle statue in someone's trash. His head had a big hole... so I planted a succulent in the hole... voila! My angel has funny curly hair!🥰😇🤪
That is brilliant!!!❤️
All are fabulous
Thank you, Christine! 😊
Everything turned out so sweet, but my favorite was the clock. The clock turned out so adorable and I love Beatrix Potter. 😊
My favorite was the blocks. I loved that you didn’t put Easter on them, that way I feel you can use it spring and summer.
The paperwhites in that amazing blue and white bowl was hands down my favorite!!! Although when I saw your little Peter Rabbit clock, I was blown away!!! The little jacket and carrots was amazing! What vision!
Good afternoon, Sherry! Looks like another exciting installment! Can't wait to see what magic you create today. Thank you for sharing. ❤, Bobbie. xoxo
Good afternoon, Bobbie! Thank you! I’m sitting in the yard today answering comments-gorgeous weather!☀️
Your concrete Peter Rabbit’s ear makes him look as though he had a run-in with Mr. McGreggor. A hazard of going shopping in the farmer’s garden.
🤣
The clock with the Mr Mc Gregor and Peter Rabbit is my favorite. I’ve always loved Beatrix Potter!!
Oh my goodness! That clock is adorable! And the basket with the book page filler is so clever! Thank you for making mondays so much fun!
My favorite was the Peter Rabbit Clock 🥕🐇
Thank you, Roxanne! 😊
Oh my, the lamb is precious!❤ The carrot basket is cute!🎉 Great work repairing the rabbit and the basket!😊 Those paper whites have new life!❤ How cute is the empty clock?!🎉My mind is now racing about the many plastic eggs I have! Great work!😊Those blocks are adorable!❤ The watering can basket is pretty! Thank you!
The lamb and bird are my favorite project you've ever done!
The clock is adorable ❤️❤️
Thank you, Connie!
Hands down my favorite project is the clock base with Mc Greggors garden. I can't get over how adorable it is. The blocks also come close however everything you touch is magical. I'm going to enlist you in Santa's workshop so you can make toys for the children. TYFS
Sherry, this is my all-time favorite video (so far). And of course love your quote, “but of course I wasn’t done.” Happy Spring.
O M G - I loved, loved, LOVED the Beatrix Potter garden scene!!!!!!!
Cost of that rabbit if new , $16 is a steal!! The carrott basket was as ugly as it could come!! What you did to totally transform it was amazing !! The busted wicker basket we all have at one time for sure ! Love your transformations!! Thank you for sharing inspiration to rethink, transform !!
My friend you are a master of miniature magical sense 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Oh, thank you, Lisa!

Loved the lamb, clock shell and wicker water can, all because they also included your trademark nest, bird and flowers!!
Yes! Thank you, Cindy!
I absolutely love them all, but the tiny blocks stole my heart! Adore them !
Oh, thank you, Pat! I was so happy that I could save those little blocks. (I think the lady at the thrift store was getting ready to throw them away, and I spotted them on a table behind the check-out desk.)
Sherry, I think your projects are getting better and better! I love the little lamb and bird--a story in the making😊. The eggs in a basket--oh, my how beautiful. The diorama clock is gorgeous and such attention to detail! The repair on the concrete bunny turned out beautifully. Loved the blocks and the watering can projects, too. Thanks Sherry for the smiles and inspiration!😊💖
Thank you so much, Marilyn! I enjoy reading your thoughts and appreciate your kind support! 😊
A few years ago, I papermached plastic eggs and painted them pastel colors. I use them every year at Eastertime. Loved yours.

Successful challenge Sherry! It's hard to pick out a favorite, but if I must - it's the clock with the Peter Rabbit garden scene. So adorable and I love miniatures. But then there is the grey watering can and the basket with lace and flowers. Hmm... PS: thanks for the idea of putting dried and pressed flowers onto Easter eggs.
All of the these are great things dead! Thank you for sharing! ❤
So cute!!!
Thanks, Sherry. Great job!!
Loved all of them.

Love how you fixed that rabbit. You would never know.
Thank you! The tube of concrete was so easy to work with. Now, I’m on the lookout for other broken concrete statues to fix!😜
Oh my goodness, what a great job of restoring the concrete rabbit! You got that piece for a good price!
Thank you! 😊 I wasn’t sure if the premixed concrete would be thick enough for me to shape, but it was really easy to work with. I’m on the lookout for other broken concrete statues to repair now!😜
All adorable, can't choose one!! ❤️
I thoroughly enjoyed today's video. That little rocking lamb is the cutest. I have to say it was my favorite project.
