Seasonal depression is so real, I find that getting up super early with the sunlight sometimes helps and honestly treating myself to something as simple as a fun coffee, seems so little bit it really does help. Happy holidays :)

You may already know this but ketoconozole is available by prescription however it's also available in some products over the counter such as creams and shampoo like Nizoral and it's the same dose as you'd normally get a script for, 2% ketoconozole. My dermatologist told me this years ago. He was like I'm going to give you a prescription but you can just go over to the grocery store and buy the Nizoral shampoo and it'll do the same thing. And he was right. Now I apply that shampoo to my skin when I get psoriasis flareups. Just a pro tip.
