Vegan over 10 years. I hated vegetables. Now I have learned to love vegetables, I crave them. If I can do it, anyone can, just takes some time to adjust. Vegan does not mean get soy burgers you can be vegan eating beans and rice. Cheap, affordable and available almost everywhere globally. Plant foods are all over the planet. Maybe with the exception of drastic climates like the artic but that is so few and far between. Most of the world could do this not a hard, just people don't like change and that is the biggest obstacle.
