    This is a QUAD-ACTIVATION for horses, similar to how a human athlete might activate their quads before a workout with some squats.
    The stretch of the month is a quadriceps engagement activation, it's a simple and easy way to warm-up their quadriceps tissues before you pop on their back. This is super beneficial for those horses that have trouble reaching their hind limbs forward and tracking up. This is a great activation to warm up those tight hip flexors and core muscles as well! 🐴
    WHEN: You can apply this activation before or after your work. We recommend applying this BEFORE you work your horses.
    HOW: This activation should be applied slowly, and intentionally.
    WHY: The purpose of the activation is to activate the quads/hip flexors before you ride so that you can have a much more fluid hind limb stride with a greater range of motion.
