    Thank you Caroline! I tried this on my guy today, fully expecting a pull back as you warned about. Nope. A lot of licking and chewing after one session. Normally he would slam his hoof down after I finished picking it. He released his hoof with control after this stretch. I will be adding this gentle stretch to our grooming routine.

      great tip! by activating the horses core, the dorsal chain becomes a bridge that supports the rider like a sling. no actual muscle contraction in the back is needed to carry the weight

    Love it! No wonder some people don't like onions! Pro-tip to avoid hairy spinach - Instead of adding all the ingredients at once, first, just blend the spinach and milk, then add the other items!

      You know what, I think it could work on dogs! You should try it out, be super gentle. Try and find the front leg that your dog tends to want lean more on, and stand on that opposite side :D

      Great question! This activation is applicable for all equine disciplines. Our horses quads are recruited for dressage and cow horses alike. Really effective for performance horses!
