First of all, I think the changes would be better than keep the things the way they are and hope for an improvement. Give a chance to Amorim or De Zerbi, return Konte or Mourinho, try Flick etc. At worst we will get a short-term boost which will return us to the top tier football and then we'll start over. This is an Abramovich style of business.
If talking about options, I would prefer a project to an instant result. Pick Ruben over Jose. I will survive one more year without Champions League football if I see the players actually improving and game-style is recognizable.
I'm still sure that the potential of the current squad is crazy and they are just underperforming.

I respect your view mate, I just think it is hard to judge Poch when you have a full starting squad missing, this doesn’t excuse questionable substitutions and squad decisions, I think we can do a job next season if we sort our medical issues, invest in 3-4 experienced players, and cut any deadwood out. I see the ideas but the inconsistency with player availability kills a game plan

That ain't a good excuse for me, basically non of the injuries actually start or don't have reasonable back ups. Levi and Nkunku are the big ones, arguably Chilwell but Cucurella has been okay recently. Gusto and Palmer missing the Arsenal game was a massive loss granted. But there's still the large majority of the first team still there.

Before Poch got hired someone from the athletic said it wouldn’t work with Chelsea because of his style of play, same guy says it wouldn’t work with Amorim because sporting concede a lot of chances just like Chelsea the only difference is sporting outscores there opponents and the lack of quality in that league. So I’m kind of skeptical about Amorim ngl. Let’s bring in an experienced manager to steady the ship then we can move for someone else down the line

A big reason I'm in favour of Amorim is because he'll allow us to get Gyokeres and Diomande, which would be very good for us. I think he'll bring some defensive stability.
Amorim isn’t helping Chelsea mate. The fact is that Chelsea needs to bring in what Pochettino asked for since day 1. We need mature players and we need to sort out our medical department. It’s unacceptable that we’ve had half a squad to work with all season.

I disagree with the commentary suggesting that Chelsea has an inexperienced team. Seriously? We're talking about a team that includes seasoned veterans like Thiago Silva, Raheem Sterling, Ben Chilwell, Trevoh Chalobah, Reece James, Fernandez, just to name a few. We've got Champions League winners, multiple league cup champions, and even World Cup victors. Not to mention the presence of players like Trevoh Chalobah, Nkuku, Mudryk, and others who have excelled both in the Champions League and various other league competitions. While I acknowledge that Chelsea's current team is giving their all and reaching the latter stages of cup competitions, I believe the notion of imbalance is overblown. With the right support, this squad could achieve much more-perhaps not clinching the league title just yet, but certainly performing at a higher level.

I dont think we will sack him, its too much of a risk. The assumption is that the coach will automatically be better, well we had the same thoughts about Potch before we hired him but look now. Chelsea will prioritize stability over quick solutions. This man wont leave anytime soon...

When Lamps took over from GP, he said that the teams' fitness was really bad. When they announced Poch as the new coach, I was happy because his focus is on player fitness with his crazy training regime. But ... People say that Poch did not have the majority of the good players because of injury, and that's why he could not make the best out of this season. But maybe his crazy training regime is the cause of those injuries. I am not saying, look at our injury list ... it is very long. Either the med team is not good, or the training is too hard. I think it's both. The second thing is the defense, we are really bad. I just hope we find a better manager and a good striker this Summer Window.
Wouldn't surprise me if they want to avoid qualifying for conference league so they don't have to comply with stricter UEFA FFP rules.

If real life was EA FC manager mode i would have mentioned more changes but for now even the changes i mentioned might not be possible in the summer alone.
Perhaps most of them this summer and the rest in the January window and we should be good.
The problem is the strategies made by their higher up's. They think this is America they need to take note from Madrid. We need changes with the Sporting Directors or anybody who's controlling it you bring any manager the story would still be the same because any idea they make would not be approved. I don't care, Pochettino probably isn't the guy for us. BUT I think we have to stick with him until at least the middle of next season so we have a little bit of stability. Half of NEXT SEASON is absolutely outrageous. If that's what you recommend then its better to see his contract to the end. After all it's thankfully, only a 2 year deal. Personally I lack your patience. I would have him out the door at the blast of the final whistle of the final EPL game and immediately go for Amorim, Thiago Motta, with De Zerbi as a third candidate. I will not abide his foolishness. I wouldn't have even hired him in the first place. I would have gone for Enrique who was very much interested in coaching Chelsea or Naglesmann, certainly not Graham Potter or Poch. Let's hope they learn. Somehow I don't think that'll happen...

People can hate me all they want but I truly believe we would have had more progress if we just kept Lampard last season. I personally didn’t want Potter sacked. For as bad as it got the villa game was terrible. How we lost that game after our chance was shameful. Anyways he got sacked and we had Lampard. We should have just kept him and given him a pre season. People will say we barely won blah blah blah. 19/20 lampard season was a year of progress. Foundation was set and he profiles players correctly. I would have taken a season of lampard than Poch. I was already iffy on Poch because he’s spurs but I have him a chance. I truly started to turn on Poch after the United loss. He started to win me back but it’s all fake. The cup run to Wembley was handed to us. Easier draws, injured teams and we still didn’t win anything.
The whole culture at Chelsea has changed since Abramovich was forced out by politics. The new owners and their policies are disastrous for the club.
i would absolutely sacrifice conference league ( which i do not want anyway) poch to be sacked and directors to be scrutinized. This will do much , much more good to the club in the future then competing with plzen in conference league next season.
