Many startups spend their money recklessly acquiring new customers, they think that the customer will become loyal to them and will not purchase from other vendors. In my opinion there is no loyalty between customers with the vendors, the customers tend to switch to the cheaper products. The startups acquire funding from foreign or local sources and spend this money by giving discounts. I think this is just a waste of their money which they have to pay back. This is *the most* important factor a new startup should consider. The 2 hour delivery time is also a big mistake.
