    The best part about this video is knowing that you are keeping a machine like this on the trail and giving the owner another chance at plowing. Whatever you are charging $$$ is 100% worth it. Just found your channel the other day and love this content. Makes me want to fix up my 99 big boss 500. Thanks

      @@rockspowersports i raced my 01 sportsman vs my 02 660 grizzly thru the fields the sportsman was stock grizzly on 27" itp 589s on itp wheels. The sportsman would pull on it. That was switching back and forth with a friend. Both were b class mx bike guys at the time. Later I raced a 05 Rincon and beat it. I would say stock vs stock 660 grizzly would win.

    So I have to ask cause I've been debating it. Is the polaris clutch holder just a 60$ money scam? Or is it needed for re instal. Cause that came off great lol

    • @rockspowersports
      @rockspowersports  Před 8 měsíci +1

      The clutch holder is used to torque the clutch bolt down. It’s not necessary but if you want to get it torqued correctly you’ll need a holder. To pull the clutch off you will need a clutch puller.

    Rock! I'm making that trade tonight Grizzly 660 for the Renegade 800. IT has 6500 miles on it, would that mileage concern you? Anything i should look out for when i test ride and meet to pick it up? Ive watched your test ride video of the 800 like 3 times already lol was it yours or a customers? Thanks again!

    • @rockspowersports
      @rockspowersports  Před 8 měsíci +1

      That renegade 800 was mine, I bought it fixed it up and sold it. At 6500 miles I would look over all the chassis parts, such as bushings/bearings. U-joints in the drive shafts. On the Can am’s the differential seals tend to go bad quite often, I’d check to make sure oil isn’t leaking out of the diffs. And then obviously listen to the engine, make sure there is no odd noises.
