The Amex coupon book just got thicker 😁
The electronic version of couponing. 😂
@@videotravelsonline 😄👍
Yes it did 😬
Moar resy credits!!! 😂
I cancelled my Delta card last night. At the time I called there was a 79 minute wait. I ended up using the chat feature to cancel without issues. There were a lot of people either cancelling, getting retention offers, or product changing cards I would imagine. I used to fly Delta exclusively, but have now opened up to other airlines. We flew United for the first time in years and it was fine and significantly cheaper.
A new chapter of travel begins 😬
I was a Delta loyalist. My wife and I flew exclusively Delta. We had the platinum Delta card but with the new medallion earning layout and levels I switched to the Citi Advantage Platinum for American just a few days ago. Looks like I made the right choice!! Delta went off the deep end with all these changes.
Great you had the option to switch carrier! ✈️ A lot of people are pretty captive to a single carrier if non-stop flights are wanted.
I’m outta the Delta game. Barely was in it but the new fee makes Delta not worth it.
Which Airline Game are you in?
@@MarkReese Southwest game the greatest game. Free companion pass for almost two full years and 2k in travel
Very much appreciate the homework work you did here.
I see the best value with the reserves cards, but you HAVE TO PUT THE TIME IN TO MAXIMIZE.
Yep, both the Reserve + Platinum require some work. But there's value there for the right kind of traveler 👊
This video is SO helpful! Thank you for reading the fine print on our behalf 🎉
You bet!
wow, great video Mark! thanks for the explanation
Sure thing!
Very helpful video well done!!
Thank you!
Thanks for all the info ❤
All details is very clear in u video 🎊

You're welcome!
Amex just made my decision to cancel my 2 cards easy and for me to use my Chase cards more
😁👍
Same here. I flew quite a bit with Delta and had the Delta Amex Platinum card. I cancelled it via the chat screen online and after the usual pep talk from them about how much I'm going to lose; I dumped it.
If you have the Platinum or Reserve hold off for 60-days. Per their terms they have the right to revoke the MQD bonus if cancelled within 60-days of MQD deposit.
I have the Platinum personal and business and was given $2500 MQDs each which gave me Silver Medallion status through 2025 with no spend at Delta this year!
After the 60-day wait cancel them. Honestly they were not really worth it before and the added features did not change that.
@@TerrySteiner - Excellent point 👍 Same 60-day period for the anniversary date / annual fee posting, too. Here are the expanded terms...
"Delta reserves the right to cancel, rescind, or void any MQDs or to cancel or downgrade Medallion Status (based on the adjusted number of MQDs earned) if the Card is cancelled or downgraded to a non-Eligible Card within 60 days after the date that MQDs are deposited or within 60 days after the Eligible Card renewal date."
If we cancel the card would that affect our credit?
Thank you for sharing facts and update on these cards, but especially your opinion. It is very valued to me. With all the many changes AMEX has done to these cards (ex. order of applying for bonus) they are making it very discouraging to get. But your style of delivering the info puts everything in perspective.
Glad it was helpful!
Amex raising fees and giving offsetting coupons has become an artistic level endeavor. This company is reaching deep into all their partnerships to try and make it make sense. It just doesn't work. The value is not there for the average person. The organizational mental gymnastics one has to do just to break even on that AF is nonsense.
Yet all seems to be working well from Amex's end 😬 about.americanexpress.com/newsroom/press-releases/news-details/2023/American-Express-Reports-Sixth-Consecutive-Quarter-of-Record-Revenue-Up-13-From-Year-Earlier-to-15.4-Billion/default.aspx
It works for them. No question. I think at some point, a bit of soul searching is required as customers. Do we really need some of these Amex cards at this much effort?
I beg to disagree. A flight to Hawaii for me in Georgia EVEN MAIN CABIN is less than the annual fee of this card. The companion cert alone offsets the AF. Not to mention the other perks, like Sky Club access, faster status, free checked bags, and the rideshare credit is alright but not incredible. But you can get MORE than main cabin for free with this card. It really comes down to: do you have a Player 2 and do you fly Delta? If yes to both, it's a no brainer.
@@MarkReeseand this is why i own AmEx stock 😂
You have to make it work for you! It doesn’t work for everyone
Good job Mark, was really curious to know if the new certificate would fly to Hawaii and can’t find that anywhere, glad your post mentioned it! This single benefit could justify for me to get the card. Had the gold then upgraded to platinum before but cancelled during COVID. Not a fan of the other monthly credits though.
The increased usability of the companion cert. is great! 🏝️
@@MarkReese Also when I checked the terms it didn’t have the lifetime language, looks like the sign up bonus is for everyone even you had the card before (correct if I’m wrong)
@@danielcheng439 - I just looked. The language is there 😬

😬
Excellent work. Thanks for saving my eyes😅
You're welcome 👀
Hey Mark. I'm here for some of that "spicy" conversation. 😊 Good video, and thanks. I concur with your take on these changes. I personally have the Gold personal card. Two questions not answered in the AMEX e-mail to me about these changes or in their online info are these: When do the benefit improvements take effect? Immediately? And secondly, never having used Delta Stays to book hotels before, how do I get my $100 credit on there? I tried a reservation almost to the end to check and I saw no mention of it as an option. Is it automatic as with the Chase Sapphire or Capital One travel credits?
It's my understanding that...
1. The new benefits are effective immediately
2. The Delta Stays credit is not issued up front during booking. Rather, it's applied as a statement credit to your credit card bill within 90 days after the eligible charge. I don't see any mention of activation or enrollment. Any eligible prepaid stay via delta.com/stays charged to your card should work.

Amex just smacked something together to raise the fee! What the hell is going on over there?
Partnerships = cost savings 😬
Annual Fee Hikes = increased revenue
I’ll be canceling my business Amex Delta platinum and my vanilla Amex Platinum when the renewal comes soon as a new retiree I got to manage my money more wisely
Congrats on closing the active work chapter of life! Time to simplify things 💯
Amex Gold would be a solid downgrade as it covers most high spend categories!
My platinum will renew in April so just making it in under the wire at the old rate. Since and I have some Delta flights upcoming, the free checked bags, etc will be useful. After this year going to cancel though. $30/mo for the priviledge of carrying their card doesn't make sense. As mentioned, I don't use most of these "benefits" so not cost effective.
👍👍
Not suprising the changes happened at the beginning of the Delta year. Reserve card actually looks tempting...
Yep, smart to have it coincide with the Qualification Year ✈️
I know so many people hate the couponing aspect, but it personally works for me. The Reserve is legitimately a better value on paper now
totally can afford any AFs but not stupid enough to fall for Amex fees and couponing.
😁👍
It is not worth keeping Amex Delta platinum, pay $350 a year and you can’t even visit the lounge. Definitely not worth it and will apply venture X. Hello Amex blue just to keep Amex.
Good luck on the C1VX application 💯
were you paying $50 per visit previously?
So raise a glass of stout, let the shamrocks sway,
For Erin's green hills call us home today.
Delta's cards may flutter, but I'll take my flight,
Back to the land of poets, where dreams take flight.
🏆
Crazy! Luckily my Delta Gold renews in April but that will be my final year with it because I’m definitely cancelling after. $150 is not worth it IMO
Nice to get 1 more year in at the lower fee 💯
Amex is dying.
Nope 😁👇

I'm not upgrade or canceling.... there's good and bad ..... but yeah
👍
The 15 lounge visits are actually15 days, so if you have a departure and a layover, those 2 stops only counts as one. I don't travel enough to drain that many visits. I also don't hear anyone mentioning the increase of lounge guest passes. It used to be 2 per year now 4. 2 more passes X50 = 100 which makes up for the increase all by itself. We burned through guest passes in one trip last year and I pay $50 for the wife to join me now. You mentioned it was 4 passes in your video but never mentioned that this was a bump up.
Good points above! 👍 Yep I forgot the guest passes were bumped up.
The problem is the lack of access to the sky lounge without anything less than the top tier cards. Even my long term flight history and having the Platinum card didn't allow me entrance. United Airlines does it much better. Even AAL allows several different ways to get in their clubs.
Sounds good
👍👍
Not excited for personal gold refresh..
☹️
I agree. I kept hearing on the forums "Gold needs a refresh", thinking they're going to get better benefits. I kept telling them a refresh just means higher annual fees and more coupons that you probably won't use. Be careful what you wish for!
hi, can you make a no Foreign TF video? lowest AF as much as possible....
for UR/Hyatt points... I am looking at CSP, CIBP, Bilt.... was thinking about C1 Savorone but only as 1x on everything else... any card I should get?
Perhaps at some point 👍
For WoH, the only options I'd consider are the 2 WoH cards themselves, Chase cards that earn UR points, and the Bilt Mastercard.
You may Take a look at Fidelity credit card
I have the Platinum and thank god I have already renewed my AF at the lower rate so I get the year to consider whether or not I want to keep the card at the $350 fee especially after getting the Venture X a few months back and having lounge access through that card in Denver, Dallas and Washington had me reconsidering flight paths as it has been since I can’t get many nonstop flights between my most traveled locations unless I fly budget airlines. So Delta is really testing my loyalty at least credit card wise, my question is, what is the point of the blue card? Does it get free baggage? Or is it just an enhanced way to gain skymiles?
The SkyMiles Blue is just a simple way to earn SkyMiles, get a 20% discount on in-flight purchases, get access to the Pay With Miles feature, and use Amex Offers all without an annual fee.
It's also a great no-AF downgrade path to keep the account open for credit score purposes if you no longer want / need the higher tier options.
Wife has a personal Delta Reserve card and I have a business DR card. Delighted these cards qualify us for 1st class BOGO tix from ATL to KOA! Well worth the price increase!
Great new value right there!
I literally just cancelled my AmEx Gold. Was on hold for 55 mins. Looks like a lot of other people are doing it too
1 less fee to worry about! Crazy wait time. Consider the Amex online chat next time 👍
I just stoped using American Express all together
I’ll stick to the citi trifecta
💯👍
How to use your resy credit? And how do pay to receive your credit back? Im kinda confused with this
1. Make sure you enroll / activate in your online Amex account first.
2. Simply go to Resy.com or use the Resy app and make a reservation at a restaurant.
3. Pay with your eligible card, and you're good to go 👍
Per the terms:
"Eligible Resy purchases include purchases at U.S. restaurants that offer reservations on Resy.com and the Resy app, and purchases made directly on Resy.com or in the Resy app. Restaurants must be live on Resy.com or the Resy app at time of purchase to be eligible for the statement credit and are subject to change at any time. Purchases made via Resy Pay and purchases of Resy OS restaurant management software are not eligible.
Please allow 6-8 weeks after an eligible Resy purchase is charged to the enrolled Card Account for statement credit(s) to be posted to the Account. Please call the number on the back of the Card if statement credits have not posted after 8 weeks from the date of purchase."
Feel like the Delta Plat Biz is the winner here, it's basically the same card with a $100 AF increase and then a $200 hotel credit and the rideshare credit? To me that makes it more valuable. Wonder why the biz gets $200 and the personal only get $150.
The SkyMiles Plat is a strong middle ground betw. the other 2 💯
How many total Skyclub access will I have if I have both Amex Platinum and Amex Delta Reseve?
Amex Platinum = 10 visits
Delta Reserve = 15 visits
Total = 25 visits
Delta is where 99.999% of my miles are, and my first AmEx was the Delta Platinum. But with $350 fee, not sure it’s worth it, even with the companion ticket… I also have Gold and Gold Business, so that’s about $1000 there alone… I’ll probably downgrade to basic blue
2024 = Year of Big Decisions! More card refreshes may be on the way.
Delta loyalist, shifting half of my loyalty, and all of my airline spend, towards Alaska. The Platinum update is a joke, because we only fly 1-2 hours max in coach, and I'm not about to chase $10 credits to make the card work. I upgraded back to the Reserve, because this new companion pass is 2nd to none. We're rotating every-other-year Las Vegas to Atlanta, and to Hawaii. $650 AF on the business version is more like $475 after deductions. I'll happily use the new hotel credit on top of a first class ticket. The other credits seem silly, and I'll use some of the rideshare, but I couldn't care less what % gets redeemed.
Enjoy the new expanded companion certificate! ✈️
Just got approved for the Reserved card. Can’t wait to pay 2 months rent to get that Welcome Bonus and finally experience the Delta lounge.
Congrats & enjoy! ✈
correct me if I’m wrong, Delta Stays is different from Delta Vacations? I think Delta Stays only earns miles but not MQDs
To my eyes, they look different. I'm not sure of the nuances betw. the 2 programs.
But yes, Delta Vacations earns miles + MQDs:
www.delta.com/us/en/delta-vacations/skymiles-member-experience/earn-miles
And it seems for a 'limited time' (booked by 2.29.2024 and completed by 5.31.2024) Delta Stays also earn miles + MQDs:
www.travelextras-delta.com/lp/b/hotel-loyalty?rfrr=US.Homepage.Delta.BannerTile.JanMQD.Hotel
When do these changes go into effect?
They already are.
Status is so interesting man. $10K on flights is a lot for most US incomes. This seems more suited for business travel.
Could be. Chasing status is meant for the true frequent fliers / spenders, not the average person.
If I cancel my delta business gold do I need to get a personal delta blue no annual fee card so I can transfer my points? I’ve got about 95k points but don’t want to lose them. I’m downgrading most my Amex cards this year. Between me & wife, 2 hilton surpass, gold, platinum, blue preferred card & delta business gold so paying around $1500 in fees. Only card i really like is Hilton surpass
With Delta credit cards, no, you can cancel / downgrade without losing your miles. They're stored in your Delta SkyMiles account, not the card itself.
Wonder how many suckers, I mean new potential customers will apply for the 747 Reserve card now.
😬
Great informative video. I would get the platinum just for the MQD boost. Spending 350 instead of 2500 plus is a no brainer towards quicker Delta status.
That MQD Boost feature is great ✈
@@MarkReeseIs the MQD Boost stackable with a personal/business combo or a Biz platinum/biz reserve combo?
Too bad the boosts don't count for the recent Delta Status Match Challenge.
@@HockeyJock - It sure looks to be that way! While I can't confirm myself as I don't have the required cards, check out this blog post by Frequent Miler:

Free checked bags! You just need to have the card to get this benefit. My family of 5 gets all their luggage checked for free. Huge benefit! I just have the Gold.
Agreed! Fantastic benefit with a big potential savings every year 💯
Because of an elevated sign up offer and tree upgrade bonuses, I am currently sitting on the Delta Platinum and the Delta Business Platinum. I already plannef on closing the business and downgrading the personnel. Apparently the $2500 MQD benefit is stackable! So I just had $5000 MQD hit my account giving me Silver Medallion statue through 2025 with no spend! Not worth keeping the cards but cool. I'm assuming they will claw back the MQD when I close the card.
Stackable MQDs = awesome 🏆
Would you happen to know if the American Express gold card on the personal side not the business card? Would you know if they are increasing the annual fee on the gold card?
No info on that at this time.
I took advantage of their upgrade offer last year. Im downgrading back to the blue after this year. Amex just isnt worth it.
Nice to have the Blue option 👍
Great video! With amex delta plat free bogo ticket after renewal its worth haha
Awesome benefit of the card 🌟
Rest credit: use gold card and get 4x dining. Much better roi. In my opinion
👍
I downgraded to Delta blue with the no fees. I mainly fly American. The Amex offers on the card are still good.
Smart move 👍
I did the same thing yesterday, down graded from the Reserve Card!
Delta is horrible now I can’t even book a flights with miles for March
☹
There seems to be a concerted effort by card issuers to make airline cards useless
In my mind they should be an easier path to status, some airline benefits, and some partner benefits
For instance, the with Deltas partners, Platinum should get the 2500 MQDs, 2 lounge passes per year, first and second checked bags free, $50 Starbucks credit, $100 Lyft credit, and $100 hotel credit
I feel like that's pretty fair for $350
👍
Great breakdown! I was about to jump on the Delta platinum as it seems fancier than United. But given this new changes, and the fact that United has most routes in my city, I think I’ll make the move for United now.
Sounds like a smart move to go with the one that provides the most convenient / best priced routes ✈️
Hi Mark. Thanks for the info. So last night when I was trying to check out my delta flight from NY to london, I noticed that on the payment screen there is a dummy offer for the delta gold card with 50k miles + $400 flight statement credit, which makes me want to apply for it. Do you think this is a good offer? I am not a loyal customer for any airlien company and I don't fly that often, maybe about 2 times a year for travel. I'm thinking to get the offer and downgrade to delta blue if no retention offer
Hey David - Yes, that's a good offer. Some people may prefer offers that offer more miles (and no statement credit). However, if you don't travel often & if you could use the credit for $400 off a cash purchase you were going to make anyway, then it's a good offer to take.
@@MarkReese Thanks for the reply! I will need to take a look at the delta stays and see how easy I can take advantage on the $100 delta stay credit. If it's fairly accessible then basically one domestic round trip flight per year (with 1st checked bag free which I believe would be $60 in total) will be worth the annual fee.
Off topic but have you received the refreshed Ritz Carlton card yet? Curious to see if it’s basically the same style of metal as the updated sapphire reserve. Also, wonder if it means the card is being re-released…
I haven't. Still waiting...
I’m still waiting on mine too.
At least I don't have to deal with the new af on the Platinum until 2025 they could've increased the multilpiers instead of adding that Resy and rideshare crap I might cancel next year and get a different airline card
Better multipliers would've been nice!
Delta Skymiles to many restricted routes. I’m out of here after 20 years.
👍👍
Its basically a coupon book.
😬
I’m on the fence, my biggest issue with my Delta Plat is that I could only use the companion pass in the contiguous US. Living in SoCal flying to Hawaii and Mexico will be a good use for it.
For sure! Much more use can be had from the cert. now 🌴
I agree but the fact you have to book economy only sucks as I did that for twenty years and I ain't going back!
I have the Delta Reserve. I fly from LA to Brazil. Using the Delta app i could only fly there with their partner airline LaTam and they ofcourse will charge me over 100$ for my second checked bag while if i flew on Delta it would of been paid and no upgrades. I couldn't fly out on a Delta aircraft for January 25. Breech of contract in my opinion
🙁
Does the Amex delta reserve give you access to delta sky club even if you don’t fly delta? If not it doesn’t make any sense because the Amex platinum gives you access to the sky club when you fly delta
No. You need to be flying Delta with either card.
I’m not a Delta loyalist, but I do have a question. Are Delta Sky Miles transferable to Amex Membership Rewards?
They are not. You cannot transfer into the Amex MR program.
40 Amex cards are said to be getting changes this year will be an interesting 2024!
Indeed! I wonder how many of those are U.S. cards. Time will tell ⏰
My gold was $95
Is it the U.S. version? If so, then yes, it was $95, then $99, and now $150.
Delta had record earnings. I am based in Atlanta and know many people who work for them.
Great company, but it looks like they are out for full domination.
Amex is doing well, too 😁 finance.yahoo.com/news/american-express-co-axp-reports-133123521.html
Being based out of MSP and being able to use the companion ticket to Hawaii is $$$ as I fly there every few years. That's a sub 1500 dollar ticket. Although most of my travel is done in the lower 48 most years and the 350 AF is still cheaper than most main cabin delta flights but still cuts into my overall savings. Living in the suburbs the monthly credits are almost useless to me except for the couple months I take a lyft to go to the airport for vacations and that's only good for 1 ride that month. I like the possibility of upgrades, although the chances of being upgraded are pretty low but its the thought that counts haha. Overall I'm indifferent on the changes leaning a bit towards disliking them because of the increased AF (which is a guaranteed expense) but see potential upside on outsized companion ticket value (but that's dependent on ones individual travel plans). So as of now I'm keeping the card
If you fly to HI every few years, do you still use the companion certificate on those non-HI years?
@@MarkReese Indeed I do, as I vacation at least twice a year. So I'll probably be getting more value now overall just salty about the AF haha
I totally agree with you. I fly out of Detroit, now allowing flights to Hawaii, Central America, Mexico and the Caribbean is a game changer. Definitely will get my money’s worth from the card.
Sir, you have explained the new changes much better than anyone on CZcams. Thank you!!!!
@@ibdam1 - Glad you think so, thank you!
Delta platinum is not worth it no more I will be canceling both of my Delta platinum and switch to Chase sapphire. Thanks Mark for the info. Great video.
Enjoy the Chase Sapphire! 💯
a) Pushing you to spend much more to get elevated tier, b) not changing any multipliers (which are already much weaker than the AA and the United corresponding cards), c) limiting lounge access (which does not exist with AA and United), and yet boosting the annual fee. Also, keep in mind that the companion ticket terms force you to pay top dollar to qualify and you can save money by searching for cheaper flights. Will be canceling my Reserve at the next due date.
What do you plan on using instead of the SkyMiles Reserve?
@@MarkReese The Capital Venture X and Amex Platinum cover me for most travel benefits, including lounge access, high travel multipliers, insurance, Hertz President's circle, etc....Even away from the travel portals I can book Delta flights with the Amex Platinum and get 5X instead of the 3X with the Delta Reserve, and use Priority Pass lounges instead of Delta lounges. Keep it a bit simple. Amex has us jumping thru more and more hoops on their cards, it is becoming a bit too much. Also, an important point, the dollar amount that you now need to commit yearly to the Delta Reserve card now to take advantage of its perks creates an opportunity cost on taking advantage of other cards that offer much broader benefits.
@@MarkReese The Amex platinum has better or similar perks and benefits including travel multipliers, lounge access, insurance, car rentals, etc...Also, the companion ticket is overrated, you have to pay top dollar to qualify for the terms regardless of class of service. Basically, with these changes, you now have to put a lot more spend on the Delta cards to get similar or inferior benefits when compared to other premium travel cards (Amex Platinum, Saphire Reserve, Venture X) and when compared to the AA and United cards on a comparable tier basis.
On Amex Express Platinum, I can use the monthly rideshare credit on Uber Eats. Can I do the same with the new rideshare credit from Amex Delta Reserve?
Nope. Per the terms, "Eligible purchases do not include delivery services (for example, food, packages, groceries, pet food, toys or retail clothing), bikeshare, scooter, car rental, transit, membership, or any other non-rideshare services offered by the rideshare providers."
Companion certificates are much more valuable, everything else is lame. I could use Delta Stays, but I don't like jumping through hoops. It would be basically pre-paying for my hotel stay in annual fees. Resy will likely not be something I will use frequently. Maybe once per year, but as of yet, I've never used it. I originally got the gold card for the free bags...not sure if it's really worth it anymore.
Solid points above. Time to weight the pros & cons.
Delta gold really worse compared to united explorer
😬
I don't even have to pay the annual fees and I still closed my Delta Reserve card. It really just isn't a good card IMO.
😁👍
So in short, pay more get less?
For some people 😬
customers: less coupons, lower AF
AMEX: got it

I have the Amex gold Aeromexico and it’s $450 plus tax a year. They charge you on the first year
Dang. Una cuota anual que casi toca las nubes jaja 😶🌫️
While an additional $100 for the Reserve card is regrettable, the extended companion certificate travel choices more than make up for it IMO.
The expanded uses for the companion cert. was a great move by Delta 💯
If Amex gold delta got a metal replacement card I’d keep it lol
😂
The fact that you have to pay at least $350 in annual fees just for tsa pre check global entry credit is just flat out absurd imo
Welcome to 2024 😬
@@MarkReese I know 😂. Yet there are cheaper annual fee cards that already offer it
For the ride share credit…. Can Uber Eats be used for that?
I’m curious about his myself.
Nope 😬 Per the terms, "Eligible purchases do not include delivery services (for example, food, packages, groceries, pet food, toys or retail clothing), bikeshare, scooter, car rental, transit, membership, or any other non-rideshare services offered by the rideshare providers."
@@lifejourney8704 - See my reply above ^^
Resy and ride share are useless to people who don’t live in big cities
Likely so. Perhaps that's the target demographic Amex wants more of.
Overall, I am happy with the change. I think the companion certificate just became much more valuable.
Big improvement to that cert! 💯
Excellent video Mark! you forgot to mention that Delta will also give current Reserve card holders a $100 flight credit and an extra 1,000 MQDs bringing the total MQD headstart to 3,500 this year 👍
Where did you see the news of the extra 1000 MQD'S. I don't see anything about this on the email that they sent me.
@@martinasandoval5326 I received an email from Delta this afternoon with the added news

Hey mark so I applied for Wells Fargo card after receiving the offer multiple times in the mail and after I applied I got declined and when I called the reconsideration line they said when you receive a letter you can call back and tell us why and we’ll continue which didn’t make sense so I was like okay what’s the reason I got declined she said bc of applying for more than 5 cards in the last 24 months which is 5/24 so I need another card so what do you think should I do, you think it’ll be fine to apply for another card since the reason was 5/24 or you think I should wait for 3 months or more to apply again? Please tell me what you think since your a big player in the game and if the wait is the best option how long should I wait?
If they rep specifically said you were denied for opening 5+ cards in the last 24 months, then I'd wait until I were at 4/24 before applying again.
@@MarkReese I meant like applying for a card from other banks that don’t play 5/24 like Amex for example.what you do think should I wait or not and how long if yes?
@@user-wq4lt1rh8c - Up to you. Go for the cards you want 👍 No need to let 1 bank cause you to miss out on offers from others.
The cards were already garbage to begin with. Now these cards along with its so called added benefits that’s suppose to make up for the annual fee increase now make these cards HOT GARBAGE!
🔥
Be advised.... In the terms and conditions (small print) for the rideshare credit.... Eligible purchases do not include delivery services (for example, food, packages, groceries, pet food, toys or retail clothing), bikeshare, scooter, car rental, transit, membership, or any other non-rideshare services offered by the rideshare providers..... Rest in peace ubereats... Coming to the platinum card soon, I bet... along with a quarterly 200-dollar airline credit..... AMEX is getting very smart... or dumb...
Correct 👌
Seriously, who cares about Resy?
😬
I use resy quite a bit when traveling. Ive gotten some very nice reservations. Its not as extensive as open table but there are some gems,
Whatever happened to the I’M OUTTA THE GAME guy? Is he back in the Game now
I miss his comments too!
The Game Won
Lol, never been a fan of AMEX anyways! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
😬
40 Amex cards are said to be getting changes this year will be an interesting 2024!
Indeed! Not sure how many of the 40 will be U.S. cards, though.
